All you guys commenting about the back up camera. Read the damn manual and it says you have to go into settings and change it from aftermarket to OE. Mine works perfectly fine!
This is EXACTLY what i want. No cheesy adapters faceplates and stock looking. Is there a plug and play amplifier upgrade i can use with this as well? I want to increase the power to the speakers and get some Focals or some other high sensitivity speakers to make the system louder and reduce distortion at higher volumes when i play rock or hip hop
Not that I know of, however, If I do I will let you know and make a video about it.

Yes, I believe you can. You will have to ask the company that question to be sure.
No, you have to use the dongle specific USB cable supplied in the box to have wired Carplay. Do not work using the stock USB port.

Hey KLEANTRIX! Some people have complained of the screen quality while using carplay (probably more of the stock screen's problem than the intalled unit), but what are your thoughts on the quality? Thanks for the awesome video once again!
So great question. My experience is that yes the screen from Toyota isn't that great, however, I have to say that I like it better than 3rd party screens even though they are of higher quality resolution. The reason why is that it just works fast and connects better than the other screen I have had. So overall I am very happy with this outcome and the screen quality is actually good. Also in terms of resale value, it's better to have a full OEM look to your vehicle.

Can you do a video on how to fine tune the equalizer? I have an iPhone 14 ProMax. Your install video made it so easy, but just wish you would have drilled down on how to adjust the EQ & also other settings.

This is why i'm replacing whole head unit. Besides fact this looks like dog water with that small outdated screen, I want real sound out of my damn JBL speakers. No more factory BS.

Greetings. I have a doubt about the positioning of the module inside the compartment inside the car. In the video, it is simply placed without any constraints or fixings. Will it make noise in case of potholes or car vibrations? Thank you
Personally i took off the XM radio portion and used 3m double sided tape to hold it on. I have no worries about to vibrating and making noise.
Just finished installing and CarPlay works great. I am having issues with backup camera. When I put the truck in reverse the screen just goes white. Tried shifting into neutral and then back into reverse but still having the same issue
I am having the exact same problem, we’re you able to get it fixed
@@kristophergant4140 yes I was able to fix it! On the carabc home page, go to setting, camera, and change “after market” to “OE” and your back up camera will then work when shifting into reverse

How would you be able to make this wireless, I don’t like the fact that you would need to drill. Also don’t like that your need to use a wire in order to connect your phone.
It’s wired and wireless you can use both with it, and you don’t have to drill anything, Amazon has a usb port for the Tundra that you can pop into that spare socket place and it looks like the factory put it there.

Wonder if it works with a 2014 Lexus ES350 without Mark Levinson. The Lexis is not a touchscreen but instead uses a joystick to select. I also don’t know what version of Entune it uses. Anyone know or have a contact to ask?
If you go to the settings of your radio it will have all that information on what version you have and who the manufacturer is.

Unfortunately, they don't have anything for the 9th Gen Accord. Honda is extremely hard to modify the control unit because it does not have a very modern infotainment system... That's why I always stuck to LEDs for that car.

Go to car play home and select camera button then select OE camera
How does it work with SiriusXM?
You get off AUX, back to your normal radio interface and select XM. your normally radio will still be 100% functional with this system unless you unscrew the XM box to make room for the adapter box

Contact the company and see if it is an issue with the device. It should work perfectly with the backup camera.

Horrible unit, I just used it in my highlander, it shorted something because now my backup camera doesn't work and the graphics were super nintendo from the 90s
Just go to the settings and switch the camera to OE, that will fix it.
You definitely should have read the manual before commenting. It didnt short anything out on your highlander. You just didnt change it to OE in settings.

I don't see if this is compatible to 2021 trdPro Tundra. Only goes to 2019.
Your 21 pro should have car play. If it doesn’t then this module will still work for you.
