  • We all make mistakes as a coach, especially when we are starting out. Wanting to have a client max out on deadlifts to show them that you are capable of getting them strong is probably something we have all done.     So based on this information, I think the last 2-3 weeks of your High Frequency Bodybuilding programme are too much.......maybe on the Monday I was hitting the 1RM too close to RPE10...............
