People in Arizona are very entitled and are quick to call a dog "aggressive" That bum had no right to own that dog. I rescued my true blue, Blue Heeler from a homeless crackhead and now she has 5 other doggie companions and a great life. Arizona needs to make it illegal for the homeless to own dogs, it's not fair the dog has suffer in the heat because these mentally ill or drug addict bums can't get their lives together.

Absolutely HORRIBLE execution with that apartment scene. You literally see on camera they detain like two other bystanders who just happened to be nearby. "SIT DOWN. SIT DOWN." Talk about escalation. That response does not constitute disorderly conduct. If the 911 caller said anything about a gun, sure. But that was absolutely NOT the case. These cops just wanted to feel better about their badge. Imagine sitting in an alley just on your phone, then two police officers with their flashlights come running at you barking commands. Welcome to Mesa.
100%. i am an upcoming law enforcement officer and i can absolutely not support anything these cops were doing here at all. they skipped every use of force and skipped to hands on immediately, "sit down" and grabbing them, putting them on the ground. it's so demeaning to just command someone to sit down without cause. it's just ego clashing. the only reason why it doesn't happen to them is because they work 12 hour shifts and happen to not be in the wrong place. screw them. no PID whatsoever.
every single person you saw on that scene was sitting on the ground. but none of them were arrested for anything other than warrants which was not the initial call. smh. things like these make me reconsider my profession. i hate working alongside these people.

My thoughts exactly, imposing authority on people for doing something completely ordinary is a bit much. I understand and support (most) law enforcement and I hope these officers can change their approach to better communicate with the people they serve.
