I almost feel as though Mesa doesn't have a homeless outreach program, because I told several officers that I was homeless and needed more stable housing so I can get back on my feet and take care of my father and instead of providing these alleged resources, they planted drugs on my father so they could send him to prison and because I filed a complaint against them for doing that they threatened criminal charges against me for allegedly filing false reports even though I attached the proof that their officers lied and the body cam footage that shows my father after collapsing on the side of the road begging for medical attention and they told him "no you don't need it you need to lay off the drugs you have a case of jailitis" then he almost lost his life because of them that body cam footage wasn't provided during discovery and they are trying to charge me almost $400 just for a 20 minute video can anyone help me with that??? F*** YOU MESA PD money hungry a**holes
