- Incredible views and luxury glamping combine for a wonderful experience at Woodnest Odda Treehouse; part 4 of our Norway’s best hotels & Airbnb series. Is this tiny house /tiny hotel, Norway’s best glamping experience? Nestled on a mountain top, overlooking a fjord, these places are pretty special. There are 2 lower tree houses that sleep four, and two upper tree houses that sleep two. Each treehouse is a testament to innovative design and respectful integration with nature. With their curved, organic forms, these treehouses blend in with the landscape; your own little nest in the sky. The large windows frame great views of the surrounding fjords, forests, and mountains, but there is a pretty visible aluminum smelter on the fjord that you will need to pretend doesn't exist (that’s what wine’s for).
And you’ll need a drink once you get up there, because these places are hard to get to. The walk up is totally doable, but you need to be abale-bodies because it’s steep and will take 30 to 45 minutes.
The kitchenette has what you need to cook, pots, pans, and cooking oil. There’s also tea and coffee.
The Treehouses are a masterclass in high-end finishes and efficiency. Yup, the interiors are compact, but designed to maximize space and comfort. Each treehouse has comfy bedding, modern bathrooms, modern furnishing, all crafted to harmonize with the organic aesthetic.
The treehouses give you a unique vantage point to watch the ever-changing landscapes, from the misty mornings where the fjords are shrouded in a mystical veil, to some great sunsets. The area’s great for hiking, bird watching, and there are two national parks close by. Enjoy!

It's a bit of work for sure
These are awesome videos. Thank you!
Thanks for watching!
So unique treehouse with epic views
Really is.
Wow. I finally found the best hotel reviewer.
I like that this video kind of makes me feel like I am traveling.
I really appreciate that!
wow incredible vid
Thanks!
03:28 careful of that damn mosquito. How did it get there anyway?
good eye... think it was outside on window... it wanted in though
Nice video! It's interesting to see all the beautiful places you stay at. Maybe I will try some of them myself. The map at 0:24 is in a funny angle, and you have switch Bodø and Bergen. Bodø is to the right (North).
Thanks for catching that error on the map. Norway has so many beautiful places
Wow
Thanks for watching!
Wowwww incrível
What’s about the price could you tell us? amazing video 😍 🇧🇷
Thanks... it's about $500 a night - not that cheap right - but such a special experience. Thanks for watching.
Any idea how would be the cost of building something like this?
No clue... the crftmanship was excellent... so not cheap for sure
Okay...
1) Thanks for posting
2) Less of your face, more of the destination!
well I've never not been able to find the bed before
you've got something wrong with you if you don't like rain and on top of that you're complaining about the fjord how lame! its a great view no matter what I think you might have hit your head dude
No place is perfect, and I try to let people understand what they are booking. My review was very positive, and I am recommending the place, but 100% there are better views in Norway.
@@SwankGuide yeah and most people won’t go there the harbor is such a small detail to mention also it’s a good view no matter what I’m just saying it wasn’t worth mentioning
I agree most people wont care, but some might, so just trying to give people the info they need to make an inofrmed deciosn about where to stay... if you show up to a hotel and are disappointed, they will not gibe you your money back...
we also have some similar places like this in north of pakistan called Gilgit baltistan, which is heaven for tourists.
sounds like a great place to visit
