  • The Pan Treetop Cabins (a.k.a. PAN Tretopphytter), are Norwegian #tinyhome treehouses in the woods, with great architecture & design, and a hidden surprise. My full tour of this super unique place might just inspire your next trip!
BOOK YOUR STAY HERE (AND PLEASE LEAVE US A TIP, AS WE GET 0 FROM THE HOTEL): swankguide.com...
There are 3 treehouses here, all with a similar design, that sleep 4 or 6. The owners can give you those details. The cabins, with their clean, modern lines, seem to float above the trees, making you feel both hidden away and spectacularly open to the wild scenery with forest and lake views. Inside, the vibe is cozy but uncluttered - think more hygge, less fuss. Soaring ceilings and big windows connect you to what we so often overlook: the beauty of nature. It's the sort of place where you can enjoy your morning coffee with a side of forest views, and if you're lucky, a glimpse of the northern lights. Fun, unfussy, and a little bit magical, these cabins are for those who love the idea of a wilderness retreat but aren't quite ready to give up their creature comforts. Note there’s no restaurant on site, but there is a full kitchen. Cook inside or barbecue outside like I did.
    Why should you trust us?
The Swank Guide is supported by you. Our recommendations are 100% unbiased; we choose what we think is best. We’ve partnered with Booking.com because that ensures we can get you the lowest price. In most cases, you also have ample time to cancel.
Our goal is to save you time by finding the best hotels and experiences for you, and eliminate the stress of paying for something before you understand if it’s right for you. We work with total editorial independence. That means nothing appears in our videos as a recommendation unless we’ve tried it and loved it. These are the hotels and activities we choose for ourselves and recommend to our family and friends.
We strive to be the most trusted, the most transparent, boutique hotel recommendation service…. ever. If you choose to use our link to book a hotel, you are supporting our work. You can go around us - it won’t save you any money. This hotel commission fee supports us as we travel the world looking for the best places. Running a business costs money, and this is how we cover most of our expenses.
We curate unusual, independent, and sustainable boutique hotel experiences. We’re a small team of 3.5 people - for now. Our founder Don is an American who’s lived about half his life overseas and has traveled to over 60 countries - always looking for that perfect hotel, and often being disappointed. Before starting Swank, Don worked as an entrepreneur in the clean energy space, and then sustainable housing - one of the reasons sustainability is in our DNA.

Is this tree house wheelchair accessible? Can you make videos on solely wheelchair accessible accommodation please? Some of your subscribers are handicapped.
