    I have been following your instructions for one and half months and I can already see some changes in my body.       No that is the furtest thing from the truth..Wanna know how to bench press probably? Follow the people who dedicated their life to it on a high level.. Powerlifters, and strongmen are the best people to go to to learn about bench, deadlifts, squats, ohp and even Barbell Rows. I recomend Ed Coan, Allan thrall, Omarisuf, Alpha Destiny Eddie Hall, Brian Shaw and Hafthor Bjornson

    1. What should be the initial position of bar when on Smith machine?

    Sir, in indian gym some people says if you doing machine workouts then ur strength will be not increase and but machines is good for maximum gains and free weights for strength please make a detail video on free weights vs machines.. 🙏🙏

    hello. thanks for the nice demo. i just heard one wrong movement which concentrates load on tricep but i didnt get it properly. can you elaborate on it a bit more as this is what happens to me. while doing chest work out, my triceps gets tired and this is the problm i stop doing more.
