Powerlifters, and strongmen are the best people to go to to learn about bench, deadlifts, squats, ohp and even Barbell Rows. I recomend Ed Coan, Allan thrall, Omarisuf, Alpha Destiny Eddie Hall, Brian Shaw and Hafthor Bjornson

Sir, in indian gym some people says if you doing machine workouts then ur strength will be not increase and but machines is good for maximum gains and free weights for strength please make a detail video on free weights vs machines.. 🙏🙏

hello. thanks for the nice demo. i just heard one wrong movement which concentrates load on tricep but i didnt get it properly. can you elaborate on it a bit more as this is what happens to me. while doing chest work out, my triceps gets tired and this is the problm i stop doing more.
