  • The holidays are upon us!
    If you’ve just eaten a large meal and need some relief, look no further than this ten minute Yoga for Digestion sequence! We’ll gently move and twist your body to help get your digestive juices flowing!
    This short and simple seated practice is suitable for total yoga newbies and more advanced practitioners alike. Whether dealing with stress, anxiety, bloating, gas, constipation, overeating or disordered eating, find comfort in knowing that you are not alone and that whatever discomfort you are experiencing shall pass.
    In this practice you’ll let go of negative self talk and affirm that you are enough.

    I have a hard time sometimes listening to yoga instructors because their soothing voice can come off as creepy or awkward to me, but I like how you talk. Very down to earth. This was very helpful. Thank you!

    Thank you for reminding us that we’re worthy. I had mixed feelings about my birthday dinner but I realize I had an amazing time with my dear family and I truly enjoyed my day and the dinner. I was genuinely happy today 😊

    I can't even begin to explain how much this video helped me. I have been so down and nothing has been able to get my spirits up this past week, this video however did make me feel a little better and that is one of the three things I am grateful for today.

    Wow this is so easy to do and effective! Thanks for the video! I think your volume level might be better a bit louder though, maybe some calm background music too

    I wanted so much to try this video but i cant hear the instructions! Turned up as far as it can go on 2 different devices. I think this video needs to be remade with better quality audio

      Thanks for the feedback! I apologize the audio isn’t loud enough. It does sound a little better with headphones on. I have another longer sequence for digestion on my page and plan on making another video like this with better audio asap so please stay tuned!

    I agree with what others have said about your voice being very pleasant and soothing. However, as a first-time listener w/a severe hearing loss, I really needed Closed Captions. Why did you turn them off? And thank you for NOT having any background music as that would have made things worse for me. I did find the volume rather inconsistent. It depended on your position.
