Quads, Back and Biceps Workout (with complete form instructions)

- I love to work my quads, back and biceps on the same day with compound movements such as Squats, Lunges, Rows, Flies, Pull-ups and a special Bicep exercise. I also love giving instructions on proper technique and form, so follow along. I am working on Hypertrophy and keep my reps 8-12 reps. Warm-ups are included and I mix it up with an Olympic Bar, dumbells and balance pad but make sure you are comfortable with lunges on a flat surface before trying a balance pad or bosu.
