      Ok so I filmed an amazing video and had so many technical issues. From trying out the new mic (still having a muffled feedback) to editing and not having the ability to take out the background music which was never a problem before but for some reason I could not get it to work so I will have to do another one.     I have severe osteoarthritis in the shoulders, my main daily training are shoulder presses, stronger muscles really allow to alleviate the pain. I am in no way a fitness coach nor qualified to give gym advice but the way I do shoulder presses is that I do not go below 90° between the arm and forearm, meaning that at the liwest my arm is horizontal and my forearm vertical. And when i extend the arms, I finish the move with my hands as close as possible over my head. When doing one arm at a time, my arm finishes touching my ear and my hand and dumbbell are over my head, like I would punch the ceiling over my head.

      @@thelaziest4208 your form definitely goes a wide range of motion. Do you keep your arms and the weight visible out of the corner of your eye and not too far back? You’re 100 percent correct in saying that having strength in your muscles helps your osteoarthritis 👍🏻. Great explanation on form too.

      It’s also a good idea to sit instead of performing the squat and press as the arms are easier to stay at 90degrees on the down 😊

    As a subscriber of your channel I would say you should SEO your UA-cam videos. Your videos are very helpful for a person's mental and physical health and the video quality and sound system are very good. But I have analyzed your videos due to lack of SEO, the videos are not rank on UA-cam , not getting the desired views and new audience is not coming and the number of subscribers is low which has limited your channel growth. So if you do SEO for your videos along with marketing the videos and creating backlinks for the videos then your videos will rank, get more views and the videos will rank on UA-cam which will bring new audience to the channel which will help to increase watch time & subscribers and also help you to get UA-cam monetization.       Awe thanks 🙏🏻!! I’m going to be a pro burpee lady by the end of February. One of my clients says it’s my long levers but I think it’s just a tight back and hip flexors so working on that. Even as a trainer I Miss stretching enough after spinning!
