Well yeah, sound doesn't distract them and they see movement 10 times faster than you. I was born completely deaf in one ear. It has its positives and negatives. Pro- the "I'm deaf excue" and 99% of the time I couldn't hear them. Con- my good ear is hypersensitive to certain noises

Austenhead i know this is a late answer but i used to have 75% hearing loss but now its about 25-35% and as im still 13 nrly 14 u do get the odd ignorant person come up to u n say awwww and do shit like that but u end up just having to ignore it 😂the classic is can u tell what im saying and they pretend to say smthn but rlly slowly so u cant even make it out 😂
