- The plaintiff says she dated the defendant, and all was good until he lost his job. She also admits she cheated on him, and he broke her phone when he found out. She’s suing him for unpaid rent. The defendant says he and the plaintiff were engaged, but he caught her cheating several times. He’s countersuing for emotional distress.
