- The plaintiff says the defendant told him she was single, but then he claims she set her other boyfriend’s house on fire. He alleges he also bailed her out for prostitution, but she never repaid him, so he’s suing. The defendant says after she got pregnant with the plaintiff’s child, he told her he didn’t want kids. She’s countersuing for child support.
