- The plaintiff says she and the defendant have dated on and off for 31 years. She insists the defendant is the father of her teen daughter, so she’s petitioning for a DNA test and suing for pain and suffering. The defendant admits he dated the plaintiff but insists they were not together when she conceived her child. He denies owing anything.

I agree she knew there was a huge possibility he wasn’t the father but I just need to add something. The picture evidence was to prove that he was there long before the baby turned 5 because he claimed he didn’t know about the baby until she was 5. No to prove they looked alike.

Ik the results are the facts. However, there's no way he was faithful until his wife died if the plaintiff stated that they hooked up in 1999. He claims he didn't know about the child until the child was 5 yrs old. Why would you need to know about a child if you haven't been dealing with this lady from 1986- 2004? He may not be the daddy, but he sure wasn't faithful either.

In this case this lady knew who her father was her child's father was she was just being evil and vindictive like the judge said this is why you didn't file child support because she knew that was not her daughter's father she knew that and he probably didn't beat her up she probably was trying to leave when she got behind the behind him in the door and he probably pull the door out of her hand and she fell behind the door and he probably agree to that restraining order order because he want to have nothing to do with her
