.....lusting for black women
13 years is a long time to be with someone who is living off of VA benefits to be a gold digger. Like usual, the children came and took everything and left this poor woman with nothing. I do believe her when she said she has issues with them because she was black, and I believe the children only came because he was dying.
Why do you believe her? Because she said so? Not once did the son mention race. Secondly, VA benefits pay pretty nice if he retired and he might have had money elsewhere he was using. She was so money hungry she didn’t even know the man was still married or didn’t care to know.
@@jamescash887 yeah it's obvious she was using him
@@hotboy80baby18 They used each other. He offered money for her services.
@@zoozagt5 yeah but her coming for his estate is a whole different level of tricking 😁

The son swooped in like a buzzard and ate everything after not being around for the last 13 years of his father's life. I'm glad she finally has the burial location. People are hateful.
Let's reverse the situation for a second.
A Black man meets and marries a White stripper.
His son or daughter comes into the mix and demands they get a share of the inheritance.
Everybody would be siding with the son and daughter because the father married White stripper.
Yes, age had nothing to do with it in this case. She never would have lasted that long - heck, he never would have kept her that long - if she didn't love him.
Exactly and he look like a buzzard too. People are so closed minded.
Facts I went through it with my father. I was the one that took off my job leave without pay. My sister's took all of his things. Didn't give me nothing. He died in 2020. Here they are in 2022 wanting to give me some of my father's belongings. They didn't tell me nothing about his funeral nothing. I said if I wasn't able to get what I wanted when he died why are you offering now. People are hateful when loved ones die. They can stay out of my way. They were jealous because me and my dad were close. #haters
@@brendar3324 my condolences to you. I'm sorry that happened. My only advice is look at what they're offering (even though it's disrespectful being so late) before declining your father's memorabilia. 🙏
The fact that she dated the man for 8 years before marriage is proof enough shes not a gold digger. If she was, she would married him ASAP 🤣🤣🤣
First, she got a hell of a shape. He took care of her. Then, she took care of him. If she changed his diapers for 2 months and cooked for him, she earned $5,000. The law is petty and so is this family.

She thought she had a sugar daddy. That's her fault. When you are married, you take care of your spouse. Money shouldn't be involved.

Never judge a book by its cover. She may have started off a stripper, but ended off a good woman and a decent human being. She wasn’t no gold digger. There was barely any gold to dig. 13 years ain’t gold digging.
Her husband didn’t do a good job of protecting her in case he passed away. Maybe he didn’t remember he was already married… but I kind of doubt it.

Some of the questions they asked me before asking about their family well-being is how much money is in the account. Some of these family members have never been to a interdisciplinary team meeting but the first thing they call me for is to ask me to reimburse him for things they bought years ago

How is she a Queen. She married him because she is a gold digger. God did not tell her to marry him. She took his money. The money belongs to his first wife if they never got a divorce. When she said “So? I gotta eat!” I died laughing at work 😂😂😂
This is sad. She clearly said her husband's mother forced her out of the house the last few weeks of his life. Very often the kids are missing until there's a death. I 💯 believe the wife.
🤔 But… if it’s the mother in laws house technically she could do it whether right or wrong. It’s messy. Someone should have prepared her for estate planning and what to expect. She and Her husband should have had some foresight .
The children zooming in like vultures when they know he is about to pass is despicable. If this lady was a gold digger she would have clean out those bank accounts long before he passed or transfer the money to her own bank accounts.

Believe once a person dies, the power of attorney is no longer valid. If she was his legit wife she was entitled to his estate, unless he had a will stating who gets what.
Exactly. That happened in my family, when my dad died he left an inheritance for all 3 of his sons and at the time my favorite aunt was the Power Of Attorney and she kept our money. I stopped speaking to her for nearly 14 years behind that. Money can change the family dynamic.
@@misterbee66 Wow, should have SUED AUNTY FOR EVERY DOLLAR SHE STOLE SMH!
Yea that's true the POA dies with the person, but if he NEVER divorced his 1st wife(if that's true) she has no claim as his wife. That could be true since she didn't know where he was buried. Common sense should have told her he's probably in a Veterans National Cemetery. It's very easy to find him!
@@momonie4 Don't be so hard on her, she is still grieving. The family is to blame, they were very harsh towards her.

@Brennen Jones I'm right along with you, cause first I thought why she suing her stepson? What the father got to say about that, then here come the son looking old enough to be her father then it became clear. Lol
She quit her high paying job and took care of an old disabled man changing his poopy diapers and playing the good wife until he passed. She deserves to claim her share of the inheritance as she not only loved him and cared for him but she also had to deal with a family of "Darrens and Karens" showing her that she was not welcomed on a regular basis. I believed her when she said that they weren't there to care for him. So what do they expect from her? A free nurse for their dad? Shame on them. She is entitled to get her share as she could have had so much more working in her former job. And I bet that 'barking d*g of a defendant was the one that was least involved in his father's care and life. (Hmph!) He wanted to condemn her for eating food on the day he passed away? WHAT?! She can't eat? Bottom line, the family of Darrens and Karens just wanted to punish the beautiful woman. If they wanted her to leave him alone why didn't they tell her that their dad was still married?
Exactly.
What high paying job she was a stripper your delusional

The VA pays the wife of record, which has to be proven by a marriage certificate that she had. However, if he failed to provide a marriage and divorce decree to then, she is still entitled to full benefit compensation in addition to what his will says. The estranged family always comes in at the end. It also appears that some underhand dealing was done against her. I hope she is successful in the probate court.
