As an autistic parent of autistic kids, I am so glad that the difficulties finding friends and the shame around this was mentioned. This trans stuff is a huge diversion from helping these kids find a healthy group of friends during adolescence.

I think Prisha Mosley's story is the most illustrative of the problems. She was Borderline & Anorexic. Both lead you to hate not only your body but yourself. She was told that transitioin would take away her suicidal ideation. Telling a child to pin there hopes on one thing to replace their depression with euphoria is unconscionable.
Autistic detransitioners like Chloe Cole have a lot to say, too. We never feel like we fit anywhere. Our relationship with ourselves is just different.
    Thank you guys for this!

The story of the man who spoke starting at 12:04 was heartbreaking. I think his path forward, however, is to give up. We’re in a time where a lone parent in his situation can’t successfully fight, you can’t fight the state of California, you can’t fight the belief in and celebration of transgenderism. It’s horribly unfortunate. The more he fights, the more he will lose. He should just resign himself to the fact that his son will be taken down a transgender path and whatever becomes that will become of it. But he shouldn’t fight. He’ll lose contact. His child is going to need his father, and may even need him later in order to process and understand what happened to him. Otherwise, he is going to be bitter, angry, demonized, and wholly alienated from his child. It’s just an unfortunate reality right now. It’s horrible.

The toxic male stuff is dumb. Just teach them you can admire people and traits whether they are male or female and you don’t have to try to own womanhood in order to appreciate it or emulate traits you like. The most toxic male thing you can do is try to barge your way in to womanhood. Stop coddling misogyny. Teach boys they are not entitled to womanhood. They can behave with compassion and care and goodness without taking and owning and commandeering. If they want to be decent be decent, there’s no shortcut where you can steal someone else’s identity and circumvent any work you have to do.

that's a little impossible in conservative spaces, as someone who is MaB with a feminine personality the people at my church completely condemns feminine personality and sees it as a destructive mental effects of wokism

I listened to this this and was horrified to hear the story of Adam Vino's son. My heart and my prayers go out to that man for standing up and sharing his story. I could hear the anguish, frustration and anger about how his son has been ripped away from a loving father.
As he said what rights do we have against this abuse when the government and courts are supporting it.
I hope in the future his son grows to realise the abuse he has suffered at the hands of his mother and the courts and sue them all for everything he can.
The mother has transhousen by proxy.
    A life wasted 😢😢

Why not listen to older autistics who grew up not knowing they were autistic, and hating who they were. We can explain it, but no one is asking us.

That woman talking about her son growing up being a “toxic male” is bizarre. Like that’s the only way to be a male. I have 2 highly sensitive grown boys but they are very competitive and rough and tumble. Teach boys they can be both.

My teenage grandson is high functioning autistic, and I hope I’ve done enough to tell him not to listen to teachers and students saying he’s trans. That his isolation is because his brain works differently and he’s every bit as valid the way he is than the way others say he should be.

The title of this forum is misleading. No theory of the psychological, environmental or biological data of LGBTQ. Given the increase of these orientation, I think more research is needed.

Just a thought about the man from California. If there are no ways of reaching his own child and influencing his life at this time, maybe finding parents in similar situation could help: 1) for venting and support and 2) for possible class action suit against the doctors and psychologists who are treating the children - I'm sure this man's son is not their only patient. Find other parents and hurt these "professionals" where it will be the most painful (within legal parameters, of course): go after their medical/professional licenses (file formal complaint via their professional board) and write truth about them online, so when their potential patients google them, they can see what they do to children.
Each formal complaint to the board (violation of professional principals, harming patients, malpractice) must be reviewed and it becomes an official record. The basis of complaint in this case can be using experimental treatments on vulnerable population. Let these "doctors" provide all scientific data and histories of long-term "success" of these treatments (there are none!). Once the doctors start backing off, the brain-washed parents will follow and there will be a better chance of saving the young children.

All it takes is for a society and so called experts to say that transexual adaptations are valid and there are untold numbers of unstable individuals ready to step up to try anything because nothing else is seems helpful in their lives.

The fatherless son who doesn´t want to become a "t0xic man" needs some fictional rolemodels if there´s lack of positive real life rolemodels in his life. Show him some classics from pre-w0ke era, like LOTR.

8:22 - If this trans-mania has proven anything it’s proven that “kindness” is hardly the opposite of toxicity. Also, if your son “doesn’t have it in him” to be “toxic” then he’s impotent, the absence of a wrong doesn’t make a right. If your son is too paralyzed by the fear of being bad to risk being good it’s because he has internalized the faithless notion that virtue is contrary to his nature… and judging by your lack of apprehension in calling his father “toxic” (however true that may be) I’m gonna guess that you haven’t exactly been a defender against the misandry that your son has internalized. So if my guess is accurate, and I’m sure it is, I’ll offer the same words of advice you’ve likely presumed to tell your son: YOU ARE THE PROBLEM, BE BETTER.
