you answered your own question. plenty of long walks preferably with hills included (simples) consistency is key 💪👍 my day wouldn't be complete without a walk.
I've just bought a Rab Muon 40 Love it so far, but similar feelings about the side pocket sizes Would've been the perfect bag if they were a bit smaller!
Only tried it three nights so far. Not used in the cold, I am actually lying on it now. Comfort is similar to the thermarest xtherm, heat wise it is a bit more immediate. I will be probably doing a comparison in the winter.
Ok, this tent... You sparked my interest, I went to the website to see a 50% discount from 500 quid to 250 quid... 1.5kg is nice, like the size and vestibules... but 500 quid? For an inner-pitch-first (i.e. you are royally screwed if there's midges or it's raining/strong wind) and frankly GARGANTUAN pack size?
I agree that £500 is way too much. The pack size is pretty small, actually. I wouldn't recommend this tent for strong wind. Has it's good points though.
@@Fellmandave1 that's another annoying aspect - brands will state one pack size but so often it's very easy to pack something much smaller and how can you plan around that, if the manufacturer's statement is not realistic?

Looks like a Chinese rucksack. Tent looks good !
You mean like a Chinese copy of an American rucksack! I think we can give Rab a bit more credit.
Interesting tent and dinner as well. Enjoy weekend with the Scouts. Thank you for sharing!
Thanks for watching Peter. Scouts are quiet now, there's a few chavs turned up that are pretty noisy though!
Nice to see you out in the hills Dave. Cheers
Thanks Andy, yes too many conservatory reviews!

Or maybe the drawer string in a sleeve across the entrance? Like tents, none are perfect, eh.
Looks like a nice camping spot.
Hi Hedley. Yes, it is excellent. Hope you are well.
That the Way I do things.
How are you getting on with the nemo extreme do you think the r rating us right and how comfy is it ?
+1 for that question
