    The thing about Joe is he taught a lot of people early on. He's a real musician.

      @@MastersofShred My brother studied in Deer Park, NY with a great teacher out there. I think Joe was around that crowd a bit. This teacher was good. He was my old guitarist's teacher too. He was a killer musician. Those guys were ripping blues and rock and everything you can get on sheet music. I don't think my brother had the discipline to play with guys like that. They eat 1,000 scales for breakfast. My guitarist could play anything like a studio musician. Big band stuff anything.

    @RolanRoyce.
    Oh, so where are you in life right now as a musician. Do you possess guitar playing abilities on Satriani's level? If so why aren't you out there playing in sold out venues. Why arent some of the greatest guitarist on the planet expressing elation to jam and make music with you. Seeing how you are so smart about not always playing the same scales please release a video of you playing on orginal song that contain playing based on scales that you created. Songs. Can you even create a song, do you have any melodic sense? Can you play soulfully? Can you create a song with a melody so good people will find themselfs singing the melody. Have you ever release an album or played the American National Anthem at an NFL game.

      We are happy you enjoyed the interview and apologize for that rough camera use. One of the cameramen forgot their tripod so Joe’s angle was literally by hand 🥴

      @@MastersofShred so cool to hear Joes thoughts on Steve playing in crossroads. That performance was the best thing when I was a kid
