Patrick Kelly Ha, you're right about that. It was my intention for the video however. I wanted to make a video showing how the Watch was packaged and how it came from the factory. This was one of the things I was worried about when purchasing a higher priced item from Germany. I will be coming out with a video talking about the actual watch when I have more time wearing it and can actually speak to the watch. Thanks for your input!

Hey blade! I ordered the ocean one premium, but have not received order confirmation... It has been 5 days since I ordered the watch. And when i ordered the watch the money came out of my account, but i checked my account today and it is like I never ordered the watch. just really confused and frustrated because I really want the watch. Thanks for making awesome content!
I would contact their customer service, either by email or phone. I got a bunch of emails from them confirming my order being placed, payment receipt, and more.
Since you order it how much it took to arrive?

7:44 vid. 5 mins to get it out of the package. I can see a padded envelope anytime.

So, it took mine about two weeks to get here. However, the watch was on back order when I placed my order, so there were a few extra days involved in that. From what I have heard, it usually takes about a week in normal ordering. Really not bad considering where it is coming from! I hope you enjoy your watch, I am very much enjoying mine!
Mine was delivered on Monday. I'm a little disappointed with the bracelet though. I was expecting a little better taper and the clasp doesn't seem to lock down that securely. Do you notice that with yours? It hasn't fallen off or come undone but it doesn't take much to open it.

I bought it direct from the Steinhart website. I used paypal to pay, which allowed me to use usd. Paying with paypal also allows you to use any card or hook up a bank account. www.steinhartwatches.de

did you pay any duties ?
I did not. Unless I somehow missed it being charged to me. But I didn't
receive any notification from shipping or from paypal (what I used to
pay) about any additional charges.

I am not familiar with that company, so I can't really speak to them. It
looks like they are based in Singapore, so you would be ordering from
outside the US anyway (assuming you live in the US). If it were me, I'd
just order from the manufacturer unless you trust the website. Then you
have no question about being able to return it, the condition of the
watch, and the warranty. I will note that the warranty card is dated
from the factory, so you may have less of a warranty if the watch has
been sitting around at a warehouse for however long.
