    Wow! Because it was a shorter workout didn’t think it would be that effective. After finishing it however I was a bundle of sweat and my body definitely knew it moved! LOL! Thank you for your amazing channel. . . 💕

    I finally did the Tabata workout, I was afraid to do it because it sounded like something she made up, but I'm glad I did, this is her best workout that I've done so far.

    I was struggling to get motivated but thought, "it's short, I can do this." Wow! Great workout. Feeling it and feeling energized! Short but powerful!

    Wouldn't mind a separate 20 second and 10 second timer to better time start and stop each set and break. Thanks for the video!

    Hi I've just started to exercise with the help of Amy. I am using 3kg weights. Is that about right? They feel about the right weight for me. I started a week ago and keeping pulling muscles but have recovered quickly this time. I've seen lots of videos but love Amy as she is not too hyper!

    The new, longer Tabata w/ weights was too much for me, but this works great! I'm even using heavier weights for all but the overhead where I go lighter for shoulders and elbows. Only had to modify the 1st plank on elbows with step out jack. Challenging, but doable. Thank you, Amy!

    Awesome! Tomorrow I'm graduating myself after a week from your 10 minute cardio (From April 2015) to a 20 minute one.
