- Ok, man do I need to work on this 2 camera shoot idea!!!
I think I could use this for a jazzy clean thing & be quite happy. I also think I could use it for an acoustic gig at a low volume. These are tough Show & Tells as my camera has a built in compressor. It really kicks in when I crank the volume. You might notice it takes a second for it to release & for my voice to return to normal volume.
Current price is $147 U.S.

Small enough to find a place on your pedalboard or tuck into a gig bag, the Electro-Harmonix Howitzer 15-watt Power Amp pedal is a bona fide portable guitar rig that will blow you away with its outsized tone. The Howitzer relies on a Class D amp design for maximum output efficiency, belying its ultra-compact format. Tone shaping options abound, including a bright/normal switch and bass, mid, treble, and gain controls. Equipped with an FX loop, Howitzer also lets you insert your favorite effects between its preamp section and volume knob - a configuration guitarists at Sweetwater especially prefer for reverb and delay effects. The EHX Howitzer excels as a reliable backup for gigging musicians or as a creative tool in the studio. Grab yours today and get ready to lay down a barrage of explosive tone!
We need more reviews like the one you did here. This is just what you said it is, a decent recording amp, or a backup for a gigging musician. Good thing the world's full of those! 😂
Oh thanks, Da Publick! Appreciate you dropping by. I have more of this to come down the road. Like,,, 3 or 4 more.
This amp sounds really great for 15W! Thank for the great video!
Thanks so much, David! Great little amp. More of these little types to come.
Great show and tell my friend!! Sounds great!🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
Hi, Mark. Alway appreciate the support. It is a cool little amp, especially with the line out. I finally output it to a power amp earlier today & it blew me away.
Awesome
Cool little amp, Andrew. Great fun. Loved your interview with Phillip Sayce/ The guys a monster.

Nice , The Greatvanxini, not even know about this pedal or Amp !? Not sure how to say, but it does have a great Clean Fender Feel, think it would be exalent in a Small Studio or Amp on the Go! I like it,👍 Thanks for sharing your Music-In-Law R Hall 🎸🤘🤠
Rock on, Ryan! Exactly what I thought. Very Fenderish. Their Magnum 44 is said to mimic a Marshall of some sort but I had trouble finding that sound.
@@greatvanzini Yeah,,, didn't know where the Marshall sound was,,,, But I do love the sound you get from it and I have a pedal by Crazy Tube Circuits The, Crossfire, and it's a pedal that tries to have the full SRV sound, and it is A Fender / and a Tube Screamer in one pedal and has 2 sides with 2 foot switches, but just a pedal, No Power to push a cab. But Iike it as I don't but a few amps and Only Tube I have is a Fender Music Master Bass Amp 70's + got Bass Guitar Music Master pair from 70's. I thought about trying to trade or sale the pair to get a Marshal or some affordable Tube Amp & I have an old homebuilt 4-12" can with old Fender speakers in it, but my main Amp is a Roland Jazz Chorus Combo 2-10" .
@@Ryan-Hall Use to use bass amps for jazz stuff back in the day. My main tube these days is a lowly AC10. Just got a 1 watt Marshall tube & am having a blast with it & a Marshall Blues breaker pedal. I think it will actually be ok for recording. I still have a Marshall Class 5 with a 4 x 12. Fun toys.
Is that you in the bumper music?
