I hope your kids know how lucky they are to have mom like you. I’m 52 and my mom left when I was 6. It was tough growing up without a mom. However, not having a mom, has made me a better parent and appreciate the mom my wife has been. That was just God’s plan. You remind me of my wife of 30 years. She has been a great mom to our kids. Moms are truly a blessing from God.
Awesome seeing your kids driving truck good job I drove a milk truck for 27 years my dad put me behind the wheel at 13 years old great job of raising your children wonderful family God Bless
Wow what a strong young women. She stuck with it and drove a semi. Most teenagers would have run away and given up. You did great Kenzie. Give yourself some credit. You have seen and done more things than most teenagers do in the suburbs. Someday you'll thank the Lord for all these life experiences on the farm. God bless you and your family
i have 2 sons and then 4 girls . The boys could always find the wet spot in the field . The girls seemed to end up crying and would make a wet spot. The fun of trying to teach and get something done. Know I have grand kid , Watching your family bring so many good memories back. My adult kids tell me that there memories are a lot different. They all have turned out fine and are busy raising there own families, and one is raising her kids on a dairy farm. One out of 6 ain't bad . For today.
I can appreciate your frustration Kenzie. You are doing well. I was about 12 when I was driving "old Beulah" on grandpa's farm. It was a flathead 3 ton grain truck. It even had mechanical brakes. I had to stand on the brake pedal to get enough force to slow the truck down. I did not go fast. I filled in when I was needed. I felt uncomfortable driving it but I coped alright. You show your feelings well. It is good to express your feelings. Forgive us for enjoying what you do. It is most likely that we empathize with you because we have been there at one time. Your mother is very patient. You will look back with fond memories when you get older. . . . It happens.
farm kids never fail to amuse and impress. farmers and ranchers are just built different. much respect to yall. this was my second vid of yalls that i watched and as someone who loves driving stick shift, i can say one thing for Kenzie. it is incredibly nerve racking, yes, but with patience and a bit of practice, you can get it down and it will be like riding a bike. i know that im commenting this when the vid is a couple years old, so i hope that you have got it Kenzie and didn't give up after this.
McKenzie, you have learned almost every machine on the farm. Just practice, although the drama is great to watch.I know you can do it!! Yes, I want to see you run the chopper
Rhonda just a little professional advise for you all. When you are off roading in a truck. Never place your thumb inside the steering wheel. Tuck it back so it touches your index finger. If for some reason your front wheels hit a hole, a rock, stump or what ever. That steering wheel can get ripped out of your hands quicker then lightning. If it happens you risk dislocating your thumb or worst. They are both doing a great job learning.
Sanders has that young man and machine confidence and inherent knowhow, but Mackensie is my daily dose of entertainment and joy!! I can only give this one Thumbs up, but I'll gladly give it ten fingernails!!
I miss cutting silage, working the farm, and tending to livestock. Since the passing of both parents in the late 90's I miss many things about the farm life. God Bless
McKenzie here is a tip for u when u back up u always wanna turn the wheel the opposite direction we’re u want the trailer to go then then follow the trailer when u are to the spot u want to stop and unload sometimes u gotta pull forward but that’s ok and when u turn corners turn wide until u clear the obstacle u will get better at it it takes time
This is super good advice. First time I ever backed a semi truck, a guy told me to turn the steering wheel towards the mirror that you want the trailer to get out of. Now I’m in my 30s and I still do it that way
CHOPPER! Your a amazing young lady! All you do already on the farm is impressive! I will show my brother the videos of how versatile and capable you are. He gets frustrated his daughter that can't scrape her own Windows during the winter! LOL keep up the good work
I did that with my son it is a great learning curve on the farm,my wife taught my daughter and I taught my oldest grandson to drive he is 40 now the time goes so quick,so enjoy your family they are wonderful children.
Hey Acres of Clay Family!👋 Go McKenzie Go!!!👍👍 I think McKenzie really wanted her truck back!! Probably she was glad went she got out!! I think she could do the cutter if dad or mom is there alest the first or second round! Be safe and Be blessed! 😅❤❤👍
Dad explain clutch break to her and It pressed all way makes that stopped shifting hard. Listen to mom off clutch make gears come closer to both speed.
I think McKenzie harbors a secret ambition to be an actress and win an Oscar (She has a good jump on it) LOL 😂 The baby has become a man - 😮 Wow! if people didn’t know and just saw you they would never believe you have a grown family, you are a beautiful person inside and out! Blessings for a great fall on the homestead.
We call those neckin' knobs. Anything without power steering had them - which was most cars at one time - so that way when dating, girls sitting next to boys driving, boys had one arm free to put over their girls' shoulder. My tractor still has one. No buddy seat so no neckin' going on.
believe me shes not a detroit! had 2 of them in tandem dumps drove them for years its a special sound! sanders is doing great my word how hes growing! seems like daily kenzies just got a case of nerves shell be all right with time, a pro like her mom

Tell Miss McKenzie she did great driving the Volvo. Like you told her, practice. It won't take long and she will want to drive it all the time. She is a great source of laughter which, we can all use some these days. Must have been hard not to laugh a few times, you did great holding back.
Ronda, great video, There will be a day when Kenzie will look back and either feel embarrassed or laugh, yet us viewers got a laugh and even a tear of laughter. She just needs to take her time and not feel pressured and will do just fine.
Well one thing Ilove about you guys, the family is all involved and you have plenty of actors to work off to make such great videos. Each one of you have a certain talent that you somehow bring out. Thank you for making our days feel better.
Kenzie is really funny..keep driving every success..the difficulty is only at the beginning..but this is important..greetings to all .. And Send my regards to Mr. Kevin.. it's really cool.
Sanders looks like he has grown a foot or more this year. Probably hard time to keep up with out growing pants. And I like the sound of the truck with no Muffler. I like the drama queen too 😆
Now that was FUN! Can't wait for the Mackenzie Chopper Show. Ronda I see there was a couple of times you where trying so hard to hold back the laughter
The "Trials & Tribulations of Mackenzie!" The daily life of youth is a crucible, for their maturation process, that hopefully solidifies into a competent, well-rounded adult! Remember, mannerisms (are a very loud silence) that may reveal far more than had been intended! Like Acres of Clay!
Mom and Dad. After 25 years over road. Even to Alpena one time. Her learning to drive simi was so fun. I wanted to say air seat up. Thank you for sharing the life and the the fun things with your family. 😃
