Lausanne is a city on Lake Geneva, in the French-speaking region of Vaud, Switzerland. It’s home to the International Olympic Committee headquarters, as well as the Olympic Museum and lakeshore Olympic Park. Away from the lake, the hilly old city has medieval, shop-lined streets and a 12th-century Gothic cathedral with an ornate facade. The 19th-century Palais de Rumine houses fine art and science museums.

Visited Geneva ( I live in Miami) last week and watched your videos prior to my travels. Really loved it there (and in Gstaad!) Thanks... I think I'll keep watching even though I'm back in the US. ... P.S.: maybe a video on the train rides up into the mountains and around the area. I found riding the train efficient and fun! Normally I always rent a car when I travel but this time the trains were by far the better option!
