Will, this is a brilliant assessment on both cities which I'm totally with you on this. Being from England as well (and Muslim), I have to say that KL and Bangkok are my 2 favourite cities that I have been to and I've been to many of them around the world. KL is my No.1 for sure and it does suit me better on many levels. However, the vibe in Bangkok is something else. I loved the temples there but what people don't know is that there are some good mosques too and wonderful Halal markets there. The Chao Praya river cruise at night is amazing. Food-wise, I do prefer Thai food but I agree that KL has amazing Indian food - we have great Indian food in the UK too and since my heritage is Pakistani but born and bred in England, I do tend to eat curries a lot with the occasional fish and chips (with mushy peas, of course). I have been to KL 6 times relative to Bangkok 2 times though and I am planning to visit KL again in the summer on my way to my 4th visit to Indonesia going to Jakarta again as well.. If you want to do SE Asia cities comparisons, then do KL vs Jakarta, KL vs Singapore, Bangkok vs Jakarta, Jakarta vs Manila, Bangkok vs Manila, Ho Chi Minh City vs Bangkok or Manila or KL or Jakarta. I can definitely give some comparisons as I have been to these cities. Never been to Switzerland though but Europe-wise, I tend to go to the Mediterranean countries like Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, Cyprus, Turkey, and Malta - some of these countries that I have been numerous times.

Light train is more expensive in bkk.
Hello, thanks for the info
When western tourists ask me which city you prefer Bangkok or KL? I said, if you're into sex n 🍺🍻 n clubs, then Bangkok it is. If you're into laidback and walking and sightseeing and seeing many ethnicities of people, then go to KL.
What's your religion? Just curious.
Tak perlu nak compare ,Suka datang Malaysia datang saja😂😂
the most visit tourism from every country is Malaysian self, 6 million in 2023 Malaysian is visit Thailand last year 🤣
Chiang mai is better than bangkok, people said that. Yes bigger cities suffer from pollution.
better to compare asia & europe..example KL & Switzerland...etc..in terms of food..weather...people..cost..etc
Hello, that's a great idea. I'm waiting for winter to end then I'll start filming.
Swiss = singapore cost. No need to compare
Yes bangkok being large has more things to do, but are those things suitable for everyone? Eg you visit ladyboy? You visit redlight areas? You visit ganja(marijuana) joints?
Its not a draw if you didn't even got scam
Jakarta vs Bangkok
Hello, let's do it...
First time I have ever heard of someone saying there are more things to do in KL than Bangkok. Wow 🤣.
Other than bars, temples, wht else is there in bangkok??
Hello, I think it suits my personality more. It's only my opinion. They are both great cities...
Learn some lesson sir, no need to compare, just enjoy each experience
Hello, I’m guilty. I love to read reviews before booking a hotel 😂
Malaysia is bigger than thailand , malaysia split into two part ( Sabah n Sarawak )
No total area 500k sq km. Malaysia is 330k sql km
Definitely Bangkok but the 5 star hotels and luxury restaurant are pricier than KL similar offerings
Hello, I loved them both. I had amazing Lebanese food in Bangkok but it was expensive.
KL and Bangkok are vying for the second spot because the first one is already filled up. Manila aka BGC 😊
Try take taxi in malaysia & see if u would get scammed or not.😂😂Its no secret that their meter been modified & able to jump faster than the standard one.😂😂
Have u tried driving on malaysia highway??It will be an eye opener to u..esp if u driving in with singapore car plate, be prepared to have enough cash standby with u cos vy common to have corrupt cops stopping u for "speed" driving (even when u driving normal or slow speed). They'll suggest that u pay them in CASH NOW or have to face double penalty if they're billed by police dept!!🤣🤣
I took a 7 hour taxi in Malaysia. The price stayed the same! Try taking a taxi in Thailand
Bangkok for me, much more freedom and no crazy weird strict laws like Malaysia.
Hello, it’s interesting. I love hearing people’s views! Both are cool
Kuala Lumpur is boring!
because you not real
KL is an provincial village compared to Bangkok 😉
Bangkok is far more better than KL in term of attraction, nightlife, foods. KL is quite dull and boring place.
Then why are there many myanmar legal and illegal migrants in Malaysia? Maybe Myanmar people like dull and boring stuff huh
Of course Bangkok win, you can do anything under the sun
I think it's great too. I'm more of a chill KL man, haha
air pollution as ultrafine dust in thailand is getting worse across 31 provinces. good luck.
Hi Willie....Jakarta is not even a competitor to other SEA cities....the level of Jakarta is Djibouti in Africa 😅😅😅
Haha, I hope that means you want to see the video?
@@travelwithwill1 yea...Jakarta vs Dhaka in Bangladesh and Jakarta vs Djibouti, please....LOL
Jakarta downtown is as modern as Singapore
Nice vlog ! I am thoroughly enjoying your content.
To be fair to Kuala Lumpur, one must reside in KL for at least three months to sample all Malaysia truly Asia foods.😋😋😋
