This video was well timed! I am heading back to Montreux next month for the second year & last year I did not give myself enough time to explore everywhere. I plan on visiting Lausanne this year & will definitely be checking out the places you mentioned here. Thank you!
I watched the video , where you guys showed many places from Lausanne. I can tell that's a great and wonderful city and it's very worth to visit it. Many thanks guys and much appreciated,!
I have arrived Laussane from Bern today, first impression was far from Zürich and Bern, while the later two are more organized and tidy, people are more friendly, and feel safer there too.
I am just in Lausanne today! It’s hard to find those information in UA-cam especially for Lausanne so good job and thank you Alexis & Louis 😊 It feels different enough compare to Bern and Zurich as they speak French and so their culture. It is lucky enough I have checked in some from the top list 🎉 Your videos are really let help me a lot within a week! It is sufficient enough for me to make a confident short work & travel trip to Switzerland! Thank you again and keep going up to make a great content, have a good day! - Love from Malaysia
Terrific video Alexis and Louis! You both really covered the best spots in Lausanne! (My favourite is Lavaux) I lived here for 2.5 years too so this place is also close to my heart :) I actually planned to do a different video of the city (what to do in 24 hours!) and I hope more people will visit Lausanne! Cheers 🎉
Sorry. Can you please confirm the itinerary? Not sure I understood from the video. We will stay in laussane as well. So we have: Laussane- Lutry take lavaux express- epesses - walk to cully - cully boat dock back to laussane ? How did you book the boat from cully? I found the Montreux website but I did not see a ticket option for buying boat rides back to Lausanne. Thanks! ❤
Great informative video guys thank you very much. If I can give a little bit of feedback please I would love if you could start including the price of the food and drinks you have during your trips. Keep up the good work and much love ❤
Thanks for sharing. Every time I see someone eat in Switzerland, my eyes water. The most expensive food place I have ever encountered. Don’t go to Switzerland that much because of the extortion in food prices, including the supermarkets. Don’t understand why the Swiss put up with it honestly.
Salaries in Switzerland are extremely high and taxes are quite low, so the prices don't feel high for the Swiss like they do for tourists unfortunately
I lived in the French speaking area of Switzerland which includes Lausanne...you will find it hard not to find people who can speak English...it's pretty much the unofficial second language
Do restaurants in Lausanne usually not serve customers after a certain timing? We were at Lausanne a couple of days ago (now in Interlaken), and were quite puzzled when were told they did not serve any food-related stuffs on the menu. It was around 2pm.
Can you do a video on how to find a nice Swiss man/woman for dating, especially when living in a different country. Is Tinder the best? Also how to find Swiss penpals, especially for the older crowds? Thank you!

I literally just got back to USA from Lonay on buisiness. I drove around lost in Lausanne for an evening and bought some Laderach Chocolates.

Thank you for this video. Could you pls😢 make a video about gluten free options in switzerland?
Thank you for sharing all those beautiful places in Switzerland.
Question: do they speak English in all those cities and towns?

My friend just returned and said it’s not unusual for restaurants to close between 2:00 and 5:00pm.
My husband and I will be going to Geneve, Lousane, and Montreux in mid to late October. What climate should we expect? Rain, sunshine, winds??
I would anticipate some rain for sure, cool and temperate weather usually 50s
which is beautiful zurich or lausanne? which is greener like trees and stuff?

There used to be a dating site called Swiss friends...don't know if it still exists. The expat website Glocals maybe helpful
Fondue, how do you not mention fondue?

The cathedral itself is free, to go to the top it was 7 CHF
