Good video. Now that you compared Geneva with Zurich, how about comparing Geneva to Lausanne and also Montreux. I am planning a trip there in 2025 summer and wondering which city should be my base. I assume you would favor Geneva but there are folks who vouch for Lausanne and even Montreux.

One amazing video idea would be to compare the supermarket brand chocolate bars in the UK (Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury's, Morrisons, M&S, Waitrose, etc.) vs Belgium (Carrefour, Delhaize) vs Switzerland (Migros, Coop) vs Aldi/Lidl (probably the same for either country). That would make a very good comparison video. As a benchmark, make sure it's a standard milk chocolate bar. I've always wanted to know how good a Migros M-Budget bar (probably the cheapest Swiss chocolate money can buy) is compared to the Tesco equivalent, for example.

One of the coolest things I've seen in Switzerland, which I've never seen before, was a sushi sandwich when I was browsing a Migros in Basel. It's basically a smoked salmon sandwich with sushi seaweed and rice instead of bread. Very creative!

Have you been to Lugano, the largest city in the Italian part of Switzerland? Changed trains there on my way from Zurich to Milan while Interrailing, and the views from the station are just on a whole new level! I really enjoyed exploring Basel and Zurich in the few hours I spent in each city, but I'd definitely love to go back to Lugano for a proper visit.

I'd say Migros and Coop are actually more comparable with Waitrose than Tesco or Asda. Not just in terms of price, but the overall vibe of the store is definitely more like Waitrose or Booths when I went into a Migros in Basel and then a Coop in Zurich while Interrailing. I guess that comes to show that for the Swiss, their idea of a mid-range store like how we think of Tesco is more on par with our Waitrose. PS: The Migros M-Budget range actually reminds me a lot of Morrison's Savers back home.

Will, I disagree with your comment that Chateau Chillon isn't worth a visit inside. I found this castle stunning and full of history. It is remarkably well preserved and we thoroughly enjoyed walking through it. The views from the higher levels of the castle are breathtaking.
