For everyone who uses the METRIC system: Info: I didn’t use the exact measurements but I calculated and then used approximately the same based on the packages I had so nothing would go to waste, it still worked. INGREDIENTS: 60ml heavy cream 120grams white chocolate (I used 100 grams and it was even still a tad sweet for me, who doesn’t like too sweet desserts, it’s not sweet for being an american recipe though ) 237g. mascarpone (I used 250) 1 tbsp matcha powder ( I used 50% more but as a matcha lover, I still feel like the matcha taste could have been more intense) 1 tsp vanilla Pinch of salt 360ml heavy cream (oops I used 200, was too lazy to calculate and didn’t have more anyway, it still worked but wait maybe that‘s what made it kinda sweet for me..oopsie & it made the portion smaller cause I had to use less ladyfingers) 2 tbsp sugar 1 tbsp matcha powder 360ml steaming hot water 200g package ladyfinger cookies PS: I just found out if you screenshot recipes and you click on the measurements it calculates it automatically!! dang that‘ll for sure help next time All in All thank you! Great recipe, I personally can’t wait to try it again with more cream, more matcha and maybe even a little less white chocolate :)
This recipe was indeed delicious and easy! Definitely wait until the mascarpone is at room temperature before adding the white chocolate mixture or else the white chocolate will harden into grainy lumps. It was perfect my second try after leaving my mascarpone out.
I made this and it was really delicious and light. Well received by my housemates who were pretty sceptical given their die-hard love for traditional coffee tiramisu and apprehension with matcha.
Yum, tiramisu desserts are my favorite. Always have trouble cutting it neatly though. Never thought to use a bench scraper with cakes like this. Such a good idea. Thanks
Looking forward to trying this for a baptism celebration this weekend. I just purchased the items needed! Also, just ate some overnight oats! Favorites so far are the strawberry lemonade and the pina colada overnight oats.
Today I had this fantasy of using matcha to make a tiramisu even I never heard about it and the internet once again did not dissapoint ! Fab recipe. Will be making it soon
Thanks so much for this matcha tiramisu recipe!! Just made two batches this morning for Father’s Day! It’s cooling in the fridge now but I had some extra matcha cream left and tasted it and it’s soooo good. It’s the perfect sweetness too ( not overly sweet!)
I made this yesterday and it was good. Wished I soaked more the lady finger in the matcha tea instead of making a quick dip (scared of over soaking it) 😊 thank you for your quick and easy recipe!
I love white chocolate and matcha!! Keep in mind the Ghirardelli white chips isn’t white chocolate at all since there’s no cocoa butter in it. The Guittard Choc-au-Lait chips have a combination of cocoa butter and palm oil so it’s considered white chocolate. Happy baking!! 🎂
hello! I found ur videos during quarantine and I really appreciate them :) i made this recipe a few months ago and my dad has been begging me to make it again, so I will be making it for him again for father's day. just wanna say thanks
just made this today and i love love loveeed it! the matcha was quite subtle in mine tho, can I just add more matcha powder if i want to taste more of the matcha than white chocolate? will it ruin the consistency of the cream or anything?
Hi, I made this and it was very tasty but my mascarpone mixture became very grainy when I mixed it with the white chocolate mousse. Do you know what i did wrong?

@@honeysuckle Yeah,in my humble opinion, the White chocolate does offset the potency of the Machta 🍵.

Hi! Love your recipe? Do you know why my marscapone and the chocolate mixture won’t become fluffy? I mixed for 5 minutes and it just looks grainy ):
Wow! Will try it😊
I freaking love your dress!
That looks delicious and you are so lovely!
Hi! I am so excited to try out this recipe, but I am allergic to chocolate. Is there an option or two that I can use to replace the white chocolate?
So Yummy!!!
God I love your personality
Nancy Le Right? Could tune in allll day for all that loveliness 👌
Hi, I made this and it was very tasty but my mascarpone mixture became very grainy when I mixed it with the white chocolate mousse. Do you know what i did wrong?
Dzung if I dont have white chocolate, how much sugar do you recommend to use?
Can white chocolate be substituted with dark or milk chocolate? I’m not a fan or white chocolate but love matcha. Thanks.
Is the matcha unsweetened?
Do I have to use the electronic mixer? Can I get the texture by hand-whisking it?
M’y new favorite…l.
Would it alter the taste/texture if I substituted the heavy cream with coconut cream?
I love matcha!!
sameeeeeeeee! matcha for life. lol!
Lol
😄
can i use an instant powdered matcha milk tea?
Helloo how can we substitute the white chocolate please?
