We get Singaporean matcha all the time as Singaporean Americans, but one of my fellow Asians at school brought me back some Japanese matcha from the heartland and I feel like just making a match drink with it didn't do it justice. So this gives me some great ideas.

Question for Rie: Do you not like to chill the bowl when whipping cream? I find a cold bowl not only speeds up the process, but helps the structure of the peaks.
