Just came across your video, I am 10yrs breast cancer free and you got this sis. You gonna ring that bell with pride and happiness. I hated that metallic taste in my mouth. What helped me after everything is GF & dairy free and no sugar, especially high fructose. Virtual hug to you my sister.
Give yourself some grace 🙂. Worry about the weight after you get through chemo. You have enough to stress over. Just eat what makes you happy within reason and get back to the strict diet and exercise once you get your strength back.
Friend!!! Im so proud of you. But we are so much alike. I have 2 treatments and asked my dr if I could stop treatments and she told me hell no 😂😂😂 I want to drop out so bad but praying for strength for the both of us 🙏🏾❤

Britney 💗 Eat whatever you want while going through chemo. Afterwards, you can work on eating healthy. I think some of my weight gain during chemo was from the steroids each time during treatment. I’m sad that you’re still nauseous.Did you try the Sancuso patch? Also, try taking the Zofran every 6 hours on time. (Set an alarm) Just suggestions that helped me. I wanted to be a chemo drop out too but happy I didn’t. You’re amazing and strong.
Thank you Jessica! No I haven't tried those patches yet. I've been taking the Zofran as directed, but it still isn't very effective 😕 I will not drop out this time, lol .thank you for the encouragement always 💓
When I go visit my hematologist I always have notes of questions I want to ask so that I don't forget. I found that to be very helpful. Right now I think you should eat the things you want and just be mindful of portion sizes. You are going through periods where you can't eat so for now give yourself some grace just eat as healthy as you can while also eating things you enjoy.
I needed that Jeramiah passage today so bad. Thank you. I will read this every day because it means so much to me and I need for God to carry me right now. I need to see one set of foot prints in the sand instead of two.

Brittany, I really enjoy your videos. You’re so relatable it’s like I’m catching up with an old friend. I was diagnosed with triple positive breast cancer in May and it really caught me off guard because I’m only 42 years old, no family history, etc. I have one more chemo session to go, next week and then I’ll be on the Herceptin and Perjeta for a few more months. Anyway, I wanted to let you know I thought about giving up a lot too. Hang in there, I know it’s hard especially with the type of chemo you’re on but you can totally do this!!!!!! Brit, glad you are pushing through! You are so strong and brave to share your journey with the world. What an awesome way to encourage others! To answer your question, I definitely felt that way when I was pregnant. My doctor was really sweet but I definitely felt rushed. I started writing down all of my questions /concerns prior to the doctor coming into the room. After all, she is getting paid. Also, maybe see if they have an app that will allow you to direct message the doctor. If it’s not a quick response at least it will be a response eventually.
Hey pink sister! I was recently diagnosed with TNBC and got the port bc I have small veins and they always have a hard time sticking me. In my drip they give me Benadryl , a steroid and other anti nausea meds. I’ve only had two chemo sessions of keytruda/paclitaxel/caboplatin so far and I still feel normal. No headaches or hair loss yet. But I definitely eat what I want (healthily) and within reason. Also I drink beet juice and take an iron pill in the morning. And I stay far away from SUGAR. Coconut water is my friend lol

@@YourFavoritePO so far so good. Only thing I experience was last Wednesday my feet hurt when I walked on them and my hands sometimes hurt when I held things. When I wasn’t on my feet I was fine and I slept with ice in ziplocks under my hands and the next morning (chemo thursday) I was fine. I’m over here trying not to freak myself out by checking all of my lymph nodes every time they feel funny lol. But how are you????
Going every week for chemotherapy is not as bad as I thought. I am just always exhausted and nauseous. The hot flashes and chills are manageable. I shaved my head yesterday and I love it! I am currently in cycle 2 of 4. I’m working on getting caught up with my vlogs! Come show some love! 💞🥰
Wow two more to go. Truly happy for you. Those shoes I will be purchasing they are the bomb. I know who says that right 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️ I hope your having a great day. Till next time Brittany 💪🏽
Hey girrllll 😁 try to be abit more kinder to yourself Brittany, you are going through alot already! ❤ I'd focus on getting through this last hurdle and when your done take a look at your weight. You're still looking amazing 🥰 when you do come around to looking at your weight, take it as a lifestyle change rather than a diet! I think when I get into that mindset it is abit easier to achieve 💯 ...I personally use Herbalife which works amazingly for me ... but I hope you don't feel as bad after the "red angel" this time. Much love & continous prayers for healing& strength 🙏🏼❤
So proud of your tenacity. And your positive vibes that you give to us. You and husband are a great tan. Continued success with marriage. God bless this union. Your results sound really great. I hated using bed loans I always felt that I was seeing in the bed but wasn't at all. They used to be cold metal. You're right. The lunch soy as delicious. Happy Monday every body. Stay safe congrat in who wins the prizes.
Girl. You got this. You’re almost done. Your doctor is so kind. You can complete your treatment plan. I am So happy for you and your husband. Your strength is heart warming. Don’t worry about the weight. You look great. You do not look overweight. If you want to lose wait until your treatment is over and then just walk and eat--You know what, less carbs. Easy for me to say! I do not do so well with this myself. I was wondering if you are getting the surgery. Did your doctor say that you do not need it? I don’t know if ai missed that. I hope you don’t mind me asking you this. Sending healing prayers. 🙏🦋💞

My suggestion When you wanna eat something bad Drink one bottle of water 30 minutes BeforeWith the Lime juice in it _Or Cut the line In half Eat One And drink half of the water bottle ) Because the line Help your digestive system Digest And boost Your energy Where you don't feel sluggish
You should eat whatever you want, especially on days you're not feeling your best. If the comfort foods help, at that time, then don't deprive yourself or feel guilty for trying to make yourself more comfortable and happy.
I have Lupus and I've had to get Pic lines in the past for different treatments. If you aren't a difficult stick and you don't mind getting poked each time, getting a Pic line might not be right for you. I am a very difficult person to start an IV on so I would rather get the PIC line and not get poked over and over. I will say that getting it put in is not near as bad as I thought it would be. It takes longer to set it up than it does to get it put in. You do need to keep it covered when showering and it has to be flushed, but it's not too big of a deal. I just thought I would give you my thoughts on the PIC line. I know you'll make the best decision for you. Sending prayers for healing and no bad side effects! 🙏🙏

I have the same trouble! I want to eat vegetables and healthy food but they are the hardest to digest. My worst symptom from chemo is digestive issues. My health coach told me to get my calories in, eat well when I feel well and pause the super healthy diet until I’m through worst of the chemo. I eat lots of chicken noodle soup, mashed potatoes and steamed carrots the week of chemo. Oh and I have a port, they put me to sleep to put it in so I didn’t care and I’m thankful for it now. I only get stuck once and I never feel it because the numbing cream works. Best wishes and hugs!
I had one (Pick line) they numb around where they will put it in and it’s painless. It has ports on the line one where they draw your blood and one for the IV. My veins are small and deep and they move when they are trying to draw blood. I had the pick line when I was in the hospital
Hang in there ladies in pink.Fight the fight. You are a warrior with Jesus. I am a breast cancer survivor 3 yrs. I am on. a hormone blocker for 10 yrs .We can make it. Gods blessing's, Tee
For diet, after my cancer came back, I've switched to a plant based diet, no junk food, no added sugar, no dairy, no meat, no chicken, but occasionally some fish/salmon. I lost some weight during chemo but I've gained it back and now at 123 lbs and my scans have been clear for 1 year after stage 4. Btw did she say you didn't do all the chemo cycles the 1st time you had cancer?
Correct. I stopped before my last two cycles when I had HER2+ bc. I don't really remember why I stopped tho. I definitely wanna go back plant based soon. I loved it
@@YourFavoritePO me too. I’m thinking diep flap. It’s scary 😟. You’re so motivating. My parents started watching you. So now they’re a little more comfortable. Keep doing what you’re doing!
During chemo I just ate whatever I wanted! Give yourself a break and you can eat healthy when you are finished. I always wanted mashed potatoes and gravy after chemo. Do all 4 treatments and pretty soon they will be done! XO from Colorado and thank goodness for Ativan.
Hi Brittany I love you sister you are very positive and I know God is gonna see you through and you will beat this cancer demon. I know you have mention your kids a few times would mind if I ask how many kids do you have and what are their ages and genders and how are they handling your cancer journey. May God continue to Bless you and know that you are loved and prayed for.
Yes! 2 more treatments to go, you got this! I know it's hard, hang in there. Your oncologist looks like mine. Hard to tell with the mask. Dr. Oke? My birthday is 1 week after yours! July 5th. I finished the same chemo regimen you're currently on in July, had a mastectomy in August, start radiation next week and do the chemo pills after that. I did gain some weight too. I think it was the steroids but it could have been the eating habits i adopted on chemo. I was almost always a healthy eater but during chemo I ate whatever felt good whenever I could get it down. Now I'm trying to get myself back to normal. Good content as usual and thank you again for including us on your journey! God bless you pink sister!

I just completed my a/c 4 rounds now I have 12 rounds of taxol then surgery then radiation then reconstruction surgery... so we have to take it a step at a time...
I am on the other side of 15 months of cancer treatment. It goes by quicker than you would think and my hair is even down to my shoulders now. I walked 5 miles the other day and I am trying to get my life back now. It is so nice once treatment is finished. I opted to go flat with prosthetics. I had two surgeries within 24 hours for the mastectomy (hematoma formed hence the 2nd surgery) and I didn't think I could make it through more surgeries. I passed out twice after the initial surgery and needed two blood transfusions. I am proud to be a thriver and pink sister survivor and guess what . . . I am gonna live to be 90-years old You've got this.

Thank you Brittamy for sharing your journey with me , I am learning a lot and I have 9 weeks to go a d then surgery.. I was upset because my doctor said I may have to do a short round of radiation and another round of chemo after surgery (I don’t have an appetite) I go every Tuesday and this Tuesday on the 21st I will find out why..
I am going though chemotherapy for ovarian cancer and I’m doing 6 hour treatments each time I just recently cut my hair since it was falling out in chunks like a week or two after my first round so I got cute like chemo hats from Amazon because my head be cold and my wigs make me feel so hot it’s like I’m having hot flashes at 24 I got a port put in and it was an easy process honestly and I can still shower with it
@@YourFavoritePO my side effects are kicking my butt I’m getting a higher dose of chemo meds I’m trying to stay positive but some days are harder than others for sure
during my 4 rounds of the red devil (not angel lol) nothing helped me with the nausea.... nothing... i had like 3-4 days of not eating anything... i loved mineral bubbly water tho
Hi Britney🙋♀️~You always look gorgeous and glowing' even while going through tough chemo😷💖...You may have tried Ginger in some form or another' yet I swear by Trader's Joe's Ginger Chews for my frequent nausea due to Lupus/IBD😓:( Would you like me to send some over from AZ to TX as would be more than happy to~The chews do have some sugar in them, but they still make a huge difference for my frequent tummy upset...I totally know that nausea is the WORST!!!

So proud of you. I hope if I ever go through this, I will have you strength and positively.
Hey girl good to see you ..counting down the days to full healing. Bless your heart and stay safe.
You really need to follow the protocols. If not the cancer can come back into other areas with a vengeance. God’s got this.
Prayers going up🙏 that the Lord takes this cancer out of you and my daughter body Amen Amen Amen
Wow two more to go. Truly happy for you. Those shoes I will be purchasing they are the bomb. I know who says that right 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️ I hope your having a great day. Till next time Brittany 💪🏽
Hey my friend! I still sat "the bomb" lol 😆 my day is going well since I get to chat with you guys! 💞
Hi! I’m a new subbie! I just strolled upon your channel and was intrigued by your attitude! I’m sending you hugs and praying for you!!💕
Thank you so much 💓 God bless you on this beautiful Saturday. 🤗
❤️❤️❤️
So proud of your tenacity. And your positive vibes that you give to us. You and husband are a great tan. Continued success with marriage. God bless this union. Your results sound really great. I hated using bed loans I always felt that I was seeing in the bed but wasn't at all. They used to be cold metal. You're right. The lunch soy as delicious. Happy Monday every body. Stay safe congrat in who wins the prizes.
You and your husband are a great team

I pray that your ok soon..u are so strong!
Thank you for sharing your content!! Blessings to you on 2 more treatments to go!! 🙏❤️🎀
No, thank you for watching and helping me through this journey 🙏🏾 ❤ #2togo
Picc line is great, it does not hurt.Just have to keep it dry, when you shower
Try watching Benny Hinn's Live Miracle Healing Service utube videos. My son had chest pain and it went away when I started playing the video. I play them if I have a headache and I had joint pain go away too. Other people are being healed too, they're writing about it in the comments. "All Things Are Possible" is a utube channel that has very good healing prayer videos too. Hopefully your very blessed by them too, God loves you!
💜🧸 sending you soft and warm teddy bear hugs . You’re hanging in there. Focus on the goal one moment at a time .
Hi Brit hope you are doing ok ✅ I have not seen you in a week. Remember God’s got you. Stay blessed.
I had one (Pick line) they numb around where they will put it in and it’s painless. It has ports on the line one where they draw your blood and one for the IV. My veins are small and deep and they move when they are trying to draw blood. I had the pick line when I was in the hospital
big up girl GOD IS IN CONTROL fight yes fight ....and be postive always ,,,,big love from kenya
🤗🤗 thank u!! Much love ❤
The doctor knows best please do all rounds of chemotherapy. You will survive and thrive. God has his hands on you!!!

May GOD HEAL YOU COMPLETELY! I think your beautiful and I love your hair! Keep going❤
Hang in there ladies in pink.Fight the fight. You are a warrior with Jesus. I am a breast cancer survivor 3 yrs. I am on. a hormone blocker for 10 yrs .We can make it. Gods blessing's, Tee
Praying that you are healthy🙏
You got this beautiful ! Sending you love ❤️
I hated when I had to go to the bathroom during chemo. Dragging that pole and all the tubes into the bathroom took some skill.
Praying for you. You'll get through this!
I loved it
You are so sweet my girl !! Cheers from Poland 🤗
Hi Pink Sis, Hang in there. You got this!!
Congrats 🎉🎈🎊. You’re almost done! Have you decided what you’re gonna do for surgery or did I miss that?
I'm still pondering, lol. I have a month to decide
@@YourFavoritePO me too. I’m thinking diep flap. It’s scary 😟. You’re so motivating. My parents started watching you. So now they’re a little more comfortable. Keep doing what you’re doing!
Halfway done, yay! ❤️❤️❤️🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾
It's been a week. Just praying everything is going good 🙏🏾❤️
You Go Girl. You go this.
During chemo I just ate whatever I wanted! Give yourself a break and you can eat healthy when you are finished. I always wanted mashed potatoes and gravy after chemo. Do all 4 treatments and pretty soon they will be done! XO from Colorado and thank goodness for Ativan.
O u liked the ativan too? Lol
It really helps.
Ha, Ativan and pot were the only drugs that really helped!
If she’s rushing you you have to let her know so she will take the time with you

You’re such a beautiful strong woman 💖🙏🏿
@@csc1641 Thank you so much for the words of encouragement. I know this journey is a long one. But I have put my trust in TMH. And will take my time, and receive words of encouragement from wonderful people like you. 😊
Sending love and prayers to you !! You are so beautiful by the way
Hi Ms lady. Here praying for you and love the shoes. I am so glad that you are half way there now. You are doing great hun stay strong and know that God got you and you are truly blessed to have a husband that supports you and goes with you. Unfortunately there are many who don't have that and those of us that do need to thank God for them every second of everyday even when they on our nerves lol
I am going though chemotherapy for ovarian cancer and I’m doing 6 hour treatments each time I just recently cut my hair since it was falling out in chunks like a week or two after my first round so I got cute like chemo hats from Amazon because my head be cold and my wigs make me feel so hot it’s like I’m having hot flashes at 24 I got a port put in and it was an easy process honestly and I can still shower with it
I'm gonna check out those chemo hats. I pray that the side effects of treatment aren't too bad on u. 6 hour treatments sounds like a lot 😫
@@YourFavoritePO my side effects are kicking my butt I’m getting a higher dose of chemo meds I’m trying to stay positive but some days are harder than others for sure
You are amazing, GOD bless you
It must be really hard for u regarding what u eat and u are brave enough to get the pick line u can do it
during my 4 rounds of the red devil (not angel lol) nothing helped me with the nausea.... nothing... i had like 3-4 days of not eating anything... i loved mineral bubbly water tho
U are so brave and amazing and strong and positive good for u keep it up I wish I was like u I'm a right weakling
I have experienced doctor's rushing countless times. I always write my questions down. 🙂

Hey Pink Sister! My bday is June 28th also!🎊💞💞💞
We are kindred spirits! 😁❤
Hi Britney🙋♀️~You always look gorgeous and glowing' even
while going through tough chemo😷💖...You may have tried Ginger in some form or another' yet I swear by Trader's Joe's Ginger Chews for my frequent nausea due to Lupus/IBD😓:( Would you like me to send some over from AZ to TX as would be more than happy to~The chews do have some sugar in them, but they still make a huge difference for my frequent tummy upset...I totally know that nausea is the WORST!!!
Do you have to get a port My daughter does
Amen to the prayers
Write your questions down
what is next after those two last rounds
A mastectomy with reconstruction.
