Can you help me with my upcoming revocation hearing??

So my husband was on probation in Kaufman then covid hit and we had to move 200 miles away so he stopped going and was ok with going to prison and just getting it over. Then there was a domestic violence incident and he was arrested and given probation for that charge and went to prison for a little over a year. He’s now set to be released on parole only to find out he has somehow violated the probation even though they knew he was in prison the whole time . Is this normal? Doesn’t seem legal at all to me . He’s was granted parole and now they say he’s got to go back to jail ?

Well, I’m one minute video and all I can say is I’m on probation for the first time ever in my entire life for a technicality and my probation officer is about 25 years old and I’ve never met anybody with such a power trip who didn’t eventually soften up, because I am literally the nicest person you’ll ever meet never been in trouble in my entire life, and I literally worry about her, finding a reason to arrest me and have me thrown into jail every single time I see Her

Can a probation officer lie to you about your drug test?

Yo I’m just scared of getting a false positive ya know? I take kratom daily for pain I didn’t tell them because I don’t have to. That’s my right as my terms say no ILLEGAL drug use so I assume I’ll be good but I’m one of those over thinkers. What do you think? Also what is typically on a 14 panel?

Yea probation officers suck. I am on probation for 3 years and 8 months didn’t get into no police contact and 8 months clean I passed all my drug test negative and one dirty piss test. Now she gonna extend my probation with her things why I gave them hell when I walk in there office they are adept inviduals

I know this was 3 years ago, but I'm with you.

I need advice. My husband has been on probation wearing a ankle monitor since april. No issues. He works 2 jobs comes home and spends time with his kids. On yesterday, August 27th, his PO called him and she said that his monitor was not charged from the hrs of 3am to 7am on August 23rd! This is absolutely not true. He has had the ankle monitor over heating at times and he has never not charged it. He is almost done with this and would not jeopardize anything at this post. So he has to turn himself in, spend a week in jail until his hearing. What should we expect? Why did the PO wait until the 27th to say anything if this happened on the 23rd!!!???

I had my surgery done earlier this summer. It was very painful recovery. More than I have ever had, including labor. I had bilateral mastectomy, breast cancer was on my right. She's right, the left breast is amazing looking, very real. Unfortunately, I had significant radiation damage to the cancer side so I have to have a phase 2 to the right breast next year. This is to allow the skin to heal further.

This young dpo can’t speak for all dpo’s. The job a dpo does depends on their assignment. Some work in the field more than in the office. Some even work in the schools such as I did a few years ago. There are many different types of caseloads. Both adult and juvenile. If you want to be a dpo in la county you have to work in one of the many probation camps or Dorothy Kirby in city of commerce. It’s a difficult time for dpo’s now as they are being deployed to the juvenile halls involuntarily and getting hurt.

Can a Probation officer still be your Pobation Officer after they revoke you

Probation has been keeping me inline. 2 years no violations been going to AA caught up on my payments... until 2 weeks ago I failedfor THC. She told me she didn't know the options of what she would do yet that day. She's new to felony caseload. I'm kind of worried because I don't want to be sent to some treatment center I just had a stressful day and headed co-workers vape pen a few times a couple of days before. 😑. She called me in for a random at the right time though 🤦

Im not getting tested for alcohol. I didnt ask if i could drink it but wouldnt that mean i could if i wanted too since im not getting tested for alcohol? Just getting tested for drugs.

Do not underestimate your probation officer you’d be a fool too , if you find a good one then keep her , or him try and make it easier for them with causing less problems as possible be polite and respectful as honest as possible in probation 😮and ……tell them how much of a good job they do
