This has been a godsend - I used to do intense workouts but the first trimester has been so rough, these workouts have been a great reminder that I have to know my limits but I can still get some focused movement time. Idk if it’s my extremely weak core or what but the clam exercises and the side forearm planks were impossible to do. Can you provide alternatives for those please?
Hi! You can keep your hips on the ground for both the side forearm planks and the clams and gradually work up to lifting your hips off the ground! Which video are you referencing, just so I’m aware? You commented on a different workout!

I read a few articles that said twisting stretches like the Glute Spinal Twist aren’t safe during pregnancy. Is this true?
I haven’t heard that, however, individual differences can mean that some things are safe for some and unsafe for others. You know your body best and what feels right or doesn’t. Always check with your provider. ❤
