    I know this is an older video- but I found it while hunting for stretching videos I could use before bed that weren’t too long since pregnancy means I want sleep ASAP lol. I really loved the visual countdown you had up and oh my word. In all the videos I’ve watched I hadn’t had one teach the IT band stretch. Holy moly I needed that. Thank you!

    Hi Lauren, new to your workouts and working through the second trimester playlist. This has been a godsend - I used to do intense workouts but the first trimester has been so rough, these workouts have been a great reminder that I have to know my limits but I can still get some focused movement time. Thank you!

    That was excellent! I was starting to feel tight now in my second trimester and wasn’t stretching enough and this was perfect!

    I’m new here and I’ve watched 2 videos and noticed that you get plenty of views, but not a lot of likes. I went back to hit Like. A suggestion: remind viewers to hit Like BEFORE the workouts start because we forget because we’re working out ❤

    Idk if it’s my extremely weak core or what but the clam exercises and the side forearm planks were impossible to do. Can you provide alternatives for those please?

      Hi! You can keep your hips on the ground for both the side forearm planks and the clams and gradually work up to lifting your hips off the ground! Which video are you referencing, just so I’m aware? You commented on a different workout!

    I read a few articles that said twisting stretches like the Glute Spinal Twist aren’t safe during pregnancy. Is this true?

      I haven’t heard that, however, individual differences can mean that some things are safe for some and unsafe for others. You know your body best and what feels right or doesn’t. Always check with your provider. ❤
