Yes I agree with the previous comment about a series of low impact. My husband and I are over 55 and jumping is just not a thing for us anymore. We do your videos 4 times a week

Your Chanel is my ABSOLUTE favourite now. Just perfect! Straight to the work out(without too much talking at the start of the videos), Good music and option to work out with weight to build actual muscle!!!! Thank you❣️❣️
heather has such a sneaky way of turning any concentrated work out into a full body. AB workout also includes some squats and my arms hurt from the weights lol. I swear she is a mad genius.
I ♥️ ur work outs I have A chronic arthritis to severe & I can do ur work outs they are not hard to do low impact & a good work out that I can do even in pain
Just enough moves in the sets👌 I wasn't able to keep holding the weights for the "Knee Drive+Twist (R)"...I was using 5lb weights...but I know I have work to do to increase my arm strength. Thanks for the workout👍
Since I saw your exercise I could tell were possible for me (66 years old). I did them yesterday and loved them. I am planning on doing then every two days combinig with walking as usual . I will let you know the results as you have asked us. Thanks for sharing your knowledge with us! Keep up the good work. Just low impact! For burning?.....

Your workouts have been a lifesaver during this lockdown. I've been doing the 12 week program and did this standing abs workout as a finisher today. One quick note - both sides of "knee drive + twist" are labeled for the left. Switch one over to the right and it will be perfection.
Girl your workout gets me sweatin'!!! Im drenched after the 9 minutes! I powerwalk for an hour then do the sets, its been 3 weeks and im already seeing results. I consider myself a beginner but i push myself to get through. Thank you! Love your videos!!
Excellent workout combined with a band booty workout. I am suffering from golfers elbow so can’t hold or grip weights so used ankle weights round my wrists to give me the weights, perfect no grip necessary. Perfect start to the new year.

Hell'va 4 am workout. Wasn't ready for this 9 minute ab BLASTER!! BUT I made it through lol Time to get ready for work! I'm looking for 30 min or less early a.m., low impact work outs and this is one of them. This 9 minute felt like 30 mins so i'll stick with it! Have a blessed day! Thanks again Mrs Robertson!

I am really loving all the workouts!!! Ive been disabled for a long time!! noticed how much better I feel. ive lost about 61lbs. doing a great amount of supplements too. never felt better. I enjoy your workouts because of the wide range of things to do!!! could you try and do a seatworkout? itd be awesome!!! youre easy to follow along with it being a good workout all around. keep going heather!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
