The the best arm workouts, very effective first I started with this workout and Rebecca louis arm workout totally 2 workouts I started doing since last 3 months but then stopped one of other and doing this only heather's arm workout. It is so effective plus I think it gives you more joy and happiness isn't it strange? Usually workouts give you pain or laziness right ? Love the no nonsense workout. Right to it, little talk. Great for break time in the office. Very little office space and didn't have to touch the floor (healthcare, ewww) so it was great. Also, in my second trimester pregnancy and did not have any issues with this workout. Thanks!

I am currently looking for a new arm toning routine so I can move away from the beginner's workout. Hopefully this one will help me tone out what I got left to tone up. 💪 Looking forward to it. Edit: Did it today 02/3 I felt the burn and enjoyed the routine will continue to do it.
Love this quick workout! I like that I could mute it (music was terrible) and listen to my own music because I didn't have to worry about stopping every minute to listen to her talk about her next move was going to be.

I am still doing this work out it is so great easy not that difficult but also very effective! My arms getting slimer and stronger. I actually started doing work out to loose my lower part belly fat and arm workout was bonus. But now everyone says that I lost fat on my arm and it is getting slim and beautiful it is very effective exercise. So I would like ask Heather that please can you make lower part near abdominal fat burn 10 minutes exercise? Like this arm more effective also just lower part of belly? If I could loose my lower part belly fat like this arm then that would a very very wonderful😄🎀🎍🎈💖💕💓 Most belly workouts are usually on top part not lower part more effectively.

Heather has awesome workouts. To make a workout low impact perform the movement without the jump. Intensity can also be reduced by alternating leg and/or arm movements instead of moving both arms and/or legs simultaneously. For example: squat jacks become squat tap outs; squat jumps become plain squats; high knees become alternating knee raises. You don't have to move as fast as the instructor. Hope this helps☺

I appreciated the simple 2-round style - I used 10# for most (15# for the shoulder press, 5# for the shadow boxing at the end).
