I have had this box for a month now and is a very good it with a 4s lipo it will turn over any motor any size anytime and very adjustable to fit all brands. thanks

If the opening on the chassis is big enough for the wheel to reach the flywheel then it will work.
You'd be surprised, it has decent power. I just bought a used 1/8th with only 1/2 gal through it (so still tight) and it starts it fine. Run on two 1550 Gens Ace 25c batteries. I agree, the stock connectors are horrible, and I swapped them out for deans before using it.
Yes it should be able to start the buggy with no issues.
I got one of these but with different stand offs it is so powerfull on a 12v batery it lasts for ages
@yoyoairsoft1411564 When you position your car, you push down on it, and the pressure activates the motors inside which turn the flywheel in the box, which is touching your cars flywheel, this starting your car with a simple press down - as opposed to pull starting and push rod starters etc. Its just a simpler starter
@minecraftluva21 The XTM XT2 is a 1/8 buggy correct? If so it should be able to start it.
Going by the images that I can find online it looks like it might not work with the EB4S3

I have Ofna starter box came with the ofna lx1 i bought it used.
I don't think the opening on the chassis of the RC10GT is big enough for the wheel of the start box to contact the flywheel.

You can go down to a 20C and it won't affect the motors.
ok I ordered the green bump box thanks for your time and your videos are very helpful but one more question what is the lowest c rating can you have on a 4s lipo that will work with this box without killing the battery or motors

Your ordering the item on Hobbypartz correct? The total has to be a minimum of $50 before the free shipping is applied.
The only way to change the orientation of the wheel is to modify the box and cut the case for the motors to stick out.
The starter box should be able to to start that buggy.
you guys should make a glow plug that is powered from the starter box batteries
I prefer the starter box just because you don't need to mess with the engine at all.

I have this box, its works great with the lipos only bad thing was the tamiya connectors melted. I just replaced it with a deans connector...

The large battery cage isnt for stick packs! It's for a 12v gel cell led acid battery! lol

A gel cell battery might be too big to fit the starter box.
FYI: The wire connector at 0:57 is for using a 12v battery.

For the low voltage cut off; can't you just use a lipo voltage cut off sensor from novak?
