I am Recreating my 3 years old tutorial in blender's latest version,

1-How to Create a simple 3D box in blender
2-How to add bones (armature) to control the created mesh
3-How to animate a 3D box in blender
4-How to add realistic textures to 3D objects in blender

You should try more complex structures like Reverse Tuck End (RTE) Box Styles · Straight Tuck End (STE) Box Styles · Tuck Top Snap-Lock Bottom (TTSLB) · Tuck Top Auto Bottom etc..
