Man., this channel is soooo under appreciated! From the though process, camera angles; honestly it’s the realism of working through things. Thank you for posting this; from the line honing tips, to the type of oil for AVCS due to clearance, I didn’t know any of that! I’m so glad/happy that this channel exists. Keep doing you and documenting your journey! I love every minute of it ❤
Showing your frustration very important as well! This stuff can be overwhelming and cause you to take short cuts, do a crappy job or just walk away. Thx for your determination.
This part of the build is the most important part, like you said research and double checking stuff is very important.awesome job man .these videos are pleasure to watch
@@sleeper_motorsport it helps people who are trying to build their own motor and have a video that can help them. It sucks trying to find a video that can help them when it only shows them start the build and then shows it done and don’t really show the process. Keep up the great work and videos.
@@sleeper_motorsport oh yeah i'd be pretty nervous as well, but i would only do this on a project car haha it's definitely a lot more nerve wracking in a situation where it's like "i have to drive to work on monday". but the thought of ruining a bunch of stuff would be scary too. not to say this process looks simple, but it looks more straightforward than i thought it would be. definitely need a good bit of upfront spending on the proper tools too

Thanks, I really appreciate that! Hopefully it runs okay...
The longer videos that show the process are great and not just showing starting then showing it done.
Good to know. I'm glad people are interested in long form stuff these days still.

Greetings from Switzerland. Just found your channel and wow... Really inspirational to see you do this in your "small" garage. Great job. Thank you.
Awesome! Thank you! Welcome to the channel!
37:58 "put it on there all thiiick" haha. this is awesome dude, i'd love to build an engine one day
Its pretty fun, but also a little nerve wracking. I'll only know if I've made an oversight or error once I start it up

Great video man. I’ll probably have to do this one day on my 97 jdm sti. This explains a lot of the questions I had about doing this job.
Thats great! 97 sti is sweet!! I would love to rebuild a gc one day.
