There are many creators that I can place the cursor almost 10 minutes in and not miss a beat. Your introductory remarks are really good. I never do that with your intros. However, shorter is always better. Much love. You are one of my favorite content creators. Byeee.

You say everything that is necessary for us to know about your chanel, about the content of the video we are going to watch and you go straight to the content. That is just the right amount of informations in my opinion 😊 Also, I have ti say how humble of you is not to talk too much about your own skincare brand. You are so objective, even though you have your own products which you could promote much more than some other brands, you always give us your objective and honest opinion about other brands. That is so rare to see. Usually when some content creator has its own brand or line of products they will talk about that much more than about something else. That is one of the reasons why I love you and your channel. Your honesty is like a breath of fresh air 💛💛💛
Hi there! I prefer to get "right to the good stuff" in a video, BUT if the Content Creator feels like putting together a nice intro, then I'm here for that, too! I personally enjoy your intros because they have substance. So keep doing what makes you happy!
The introduction you give is ideal as it lets us know exactly what will be happening in the video, so please, keep it in. Anyone complains they can just forward! I was just trying to find a new cleanser as Ive been using Cerave for years but feel its time to kick them to the kerb. This video is perfect timing. The minute you mentioned the Skin1004 set I jumped onto my app and ordered it straight away. Ive been using the Heimish cleansing balm for years now as my first step but it will be nice to try something new for a change. Thanks Rob. Have a great day x

Rob, As one of the OGs to the channel, i personally say keep them in. Yes, i agree that some content creators' intro are painful and have me tuned out before they start. But you seamlessly tie them into your topic so they go unnoticed, at least for me for the most part. Just my two cents.
I like your intros…and unless I’m watching live I can always slide forward just a few seconds if I’m in a rush! LOVE your content. I’m a “new’ esthetician from NY and watch you as often as possible 👍🏻😊

Hello, I have recently taken my skin care more seriously and have watched many of your videos! I appreciate your intros and think that if you like your intros, you should create videos that make you enjoy the process. Really appreciate your content and you’ve given me some great tips.
I'm currently using the transprent lab oil cleanser and it's so nice! 😍 I like the thin texture and it's going to last a long time. Removes waterproof mascara perfectly. I think I'll stick with it from now on 😊
I like the jelly joker but in a pinch I also really like aveeno oat cream cleanser. I really love a pump for packaging. I would love to see a video with your ideal ingredients for a skin care routine. Not just the buzzy ones that don’t have a lot of science behind them. But tried and true ingredients. Like I can’t live with out co q 10 and vitamin c in a routine. I would love to hear yours. It’s one of my favorite conversations to have with my fellow skin care nerds.
My face splurge cleanser is Emma Hardie. I love it, and it's multifunctional. Smells divine and spa experience but very, very effective with a flannel.
U do u. You asked Some time ago about a different intro. I liked it. As my daughter is in marketing and social media I am beginning to understand and this is one of the reasons I answer your questions. So stay the way you are, look what your audience wants and leave the timestamps as you do anyway. However as you are such a great content creator I cannot believe that anyone will stay away from you. Regarding the cleansers. I have non. That is of the ones you rewarded. I have the Anua oil cleanser and finish with Mary and May vegan or Rovectin. Depending on where I am. When I travel I use Heimish cleansing Balm. ❤
The Skin1004 oil cleanser and foam ampoule are my favorites! The oil cleanser doesn't sting my eyes at all. The ampoule is soft, effective, and non-stripping. I use the Krave cleanser in the morning and it doesn't irritate my sensitive skin. Holy grails for sure!

Before I started paying attention to skin health, i didn't realize i need different cleansers for different times of the year andwhat state my skin is currently in. I have 4 that Im using right now, but that will change rhis winter. This review is VERY helpful!
I would have to say the transparent labs cleanser is my favorite. I also love the Dr. Sam’s Flawless Cleanser and they have great prices. My least favorite was the Molecular Silk Amino hydrating cleanser. The size is like a travel size and not a full size. I’ll continue to use it so that I don’t waste it. Thanks for the recommendations!!!

I still love my CeraVe CLEANSERS, the Hydrating and the SA (Salicylic) cleansers. Not a fan of their moisturizing lotion for face but love the heavier one in the pot for body.
I love the Krave Beauty cleanser. ❤ hardly anyone mentions is but I’ve gone through several tubes and it is always a must have when I’m looking at a Krave Beauty purchase.
Hello, I just found you, and you got a new sub. Im definitely going to learn a lot when i look back on hete and learn about my skin on my face . Im a male 57 look great for my age, but it thete a cream that can work to tighten the skin to make wrinkles a little better. Thank you sir 🙏

I use the Beauty Bay cleansing balm at the minute for when I have makeup. It's one of the best for the price point! I also have and love the Face Facts ceramics hydrating cleanser. Such a good bog standard one that I can find in B&M/Home Bargains when I'm buying my home bits! I love a chatty intro but I think that's because it's you, Rob. With other creators I'm like "get on with it!!!" But you're so personable that I love the waffle 😂 x

I have never liked oils as 1st part of double cleansing. Even when rinced carefully, and even after 2nd cleansing, it still felt like there were residue left that broke me out. As a combo, sensitive, acne prone skin, I have very much enjoyed the Bioderma Sensibio micellar water - the classic one. I use it on a very smooth cotton pad, rince it with water and then go for my cleanser - which is the "tea tree oil face wash" from Australian Bodycare atm and I like it so far. But since I do not wear makeup, I only double cleanse when I use spf.

Transparent lab's urea cleanser €14 here and a Scandinavia skincare brand Dr. Ankerstjerne, vegan products. wash the day off facial cleanser is about £21 for 150 ml. Xxx

❤the intros x Have you tried the Prequel Gleanser? Glycerin cleanser, lovely and gentle with a very different jelly like feel like nothing else I’ve tried. Leaves skin super soft and great for the body especially if sensitive like mine. Comes in a whopping 400ml bottle, a bit pricey though buying in the UK, around £36 when comparing with $18 from the states!!
Prequel is only available at US 😅 … I am in Canada and we can not buy from Prequel, I don’t know when and if one day 🤷♀️ The company answer me « Hope to be expand in the futur ». Many people in Canada, UK, etc. want to buy and try but we can not 😢

I have very, very dry skin and have found the Glow Recipe Avocado Ceramide Moisture Barrier Cleanser has improved my skin.

I really appreciate a “cut to the chase” video, many times I skip videos based on the length or I move on if the intro is too chatty

I also have and love the Face Facts ceramics hydrating cleanser. Such a good bog standard one that I can find in B&M/Home Bargains when I'm buying my home bits!

I have never liked oils as 1st part of double cleansing. Even when rinced carefully, and even after 2nd cleansing, it still felt like there were residue left that broke me out. As a combo, sensitive, acne prone skin, I have very much enjoyed the Bioderma Sensibio micellar water - the classic one. I use it on a very smooth cotton pad, rince it with water and then go for my cleanser - which is the "tea tree oil face wash" from Australian Bodycare atm and I like it so far. But since I do not wear makeup, I only double cleanse when I use spf.

Transparent lab's urea cleanser €14 here and a Scandinavia skincare brand Dr. Ankerstjerne, vegan products. wash the day off facial cleanser is about £21 for 150 ml. Xxx

Have you tried the Prequel Gleanser? Glycerin cleanser, lovely and gentle with a very different jelly like feel like nothing else I’ve tried. Leaves skin super soft and great for the body especially if sensitive like mine. Comes in a whopping 400ml bottle, a bit pricey though buying in the UK, around £36 when comparing with $18 from the states!!
Prequel is only available at US 😅 … I am in Canada and we can not buy from Prequel, I don’t know when and if one day 🤷♀️ The company answer me « Hope to be expand in the futur ». Many people in Canada, UK, etc. want to buy and try but we can not 😢

As they sent it to me I didnt know the price and £36 is a lot but when you think its 400ml thats actually not as bad as thats a huge size.. I wish skin1004 cleansing oil wouldn’t have fragrance, otherwise would be my favorite. Foam is great.

I bought and tried Jumiso sunscreen based on your recommendation from your other video, I ended up hating it. It was too heavy and shiny for me.
