It looks so delicious ! This is the kind of dish I struggle to make or struggle to have motivation to realise because there is a lot of repetitive things to do (make the balls, form the balls, coat every balls in egg, flips all the balls). This saying, it looks so delicious... Maybe I will try to do it but with smaller quantities... Or I may find a nice and willing victim to do the dish for me ! Maangchi thank you for saying SI equivalent of measurements. I guess you have many viewers from US but grams and Celcius is helpful for the rest of the world to understand 🥰 btw it is not much of a problem even if you don't say SI equivalent units. You are the only youtuber I won't be upset because of not using SI units ♥️ I am normally an SI units warrior in other channels comment section as you might have guessed 😅
Waiting for my perilla plants to seed. My mother taught me my grandmother's recipe for flat meat pancakes. The only missing step was flouring the beef before coating it with the egg. Ah ha thanks.

I wanted a simple dish to finish up my ground beef and this was so perfect!! I get tired of burgers and sloppy joe's 😮💨 I also used the extra savory sauce in my seseme noodles and WOW did it make them pop 💥 Thank You, Thank You, Thank You ~ x100

Korean Soy Sauce 1 onion 3-4 green onions 3-4 cloves of garlic 1-2 jalapeños 1 TBS red chili pepper flakes 1 TBS brown sugar 1 TBS sesame oil 1/3 cup rice vinegar 1/3 cup soy sauce Chop all the veggies and put everything in a jar. I dice all my veggies

Ground pork is a very common substitute for beef in Korea. Lots of local restaurants use pork because it's cheaper by the pound. Feel free to customize the recipes ❤

1 onion
3-4 green onions
3-4 cloves of garlic
