    I lately realized these patterns of overdoing and trying to being perfect for myself. So its really calming to watch your video and to get aware that we need to slow down to slow down anxiety too. Thanks ❤️ Im looking foward to whats coming next

    I really don't know how to relax. Can you give some examples pls?
