I want to say something to all people who are late sleepers: there is NOTHING wrong with you! Just because it's recommended to get up at a certain time in order to be considered normal or healthy does not mean you're messing up if you don't or can't. As a fellow night owl, I've found that, just as Radhi shared, going to bed and waking up at the same time every day is much more important. For me, that looks like being in bed by midnight and waking up at 7:45. If I keep to that schedule, I'm energized, productive, and fall asleep quickly.

My back hurt so bad that I had to buy pain relief and posture corrector. The problem however, persisted. My doctor then suggested me to get some sunlight. It makes you cranky and Vitamin D deficient if you are not in natural light for prolonged time.

Thank you, I had been doing several of these already but I learned a few new ones I will be sure to incorporate. I never knew kiwis were helpful for sleep. I find pistachios also good for restful sleep. I’ve already found a big difference going to bed by 10:00pm and waking up around 6am, as before I would regularly stay up till 12am.
