Everyone with hatefulness in the comment section should just leave. Kristina is amazing. Dont like the fact she eats almonds? Get lost. She runs a fullyraw co-op so of course they're fully raw EINSTEIN. 😒 So please dont listen to them Kristina, you obviously know what your doing.

i switched to vegetarian eating about 6 or 7 months ago just to try at first, and fell in love with it. however, for the last few weeks, i have somehow adopted a raw diet. i definitely didn't do it on purpose. i just noticed one day that i had not had anything cooked in several days. i decided to go with it, and i am really noticing a change in my whole body! even my mood has improved! ha i didnt have to face the transition period because my body did it all behind my back! but never going back!!

    for the dates: dried figs/raisins/prunes
for the bananas: nothing can really replace bananas... but you could put a ripe avocado, or a mango. For the creaminess.

I saw your video on storing fruit and greens on your older channel but how do you store cherries? Fridge? Counter? They're expensive, so any added help from your experience would be greatly appreciated.
I've been a vegetarian for over 20 years, however I wish I started veganism at the age you did/ but better late than never, right?! ;)
Thanks for sharing all your recipes for free--it's beginning to change my life! :)
