I also added onion and garlic powder and a pinch of Himalayan salt to the noodles and let them soak up the flavor while I made the sauce... All I can say is it twer EXTREMELY yummy!!!! WOW! I honestly did not expect it to be that good! It has become my FAVORITE meal! Thank you!

Just made this recipe with my 8 year old daughter, and I have to say that this is ONE of the best pasta dishes I've ever tasted! I'm new (37 days to be exact) to the raw vegan lifestyle, but I must say that I'm really finding a new love for fruits and veggies! I have been eating your food recipies now for about a year and can't even eat white pasta anymore. I used to eat it a lot but really just don't like the dead taste anymore, now that I have been eating raw foods regularly. I must say that raw zuch noodles, well, I still need to steam them a bit. This was my dinner today and it was epic! Especially the dressing is pure heaven! I think it would also work very well on top of a tomato-plate for guests or as a salad-dressing. Even my mother - who hates zoodles - tasted and loved it :-) Absolutly delicious and so much more better than grain-pasta. You have to try it :D My tip: If you can, use organic zucchini, because they stay more crunchy in the dressing.

You are very right. I eat vegetables and fruits. and drink water. Your skin feels fresh. Even your skin gets firmer. Your hair feels very healthy. If you have gray hair a little or a lot. Doesn't matter. Your natural hair color comes back. Years ago I was coloring my hair. Because after a week my gray roots were showing. Now, I don't have to color my hair. I loved your recipe. I just made this, and I had to doctor it up a bit because I like my pasta savory instead of sweet and my mouth just couldn't get around to the taste....so what I added was the following and it actually turned out great! 1/2 raw onion (organic of course) 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon turmeric 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning blend 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast 2 tablespoons cashew cheese

I just made this. It is sweet and tangy, I put a whole Serrano pepper so it is spicy. No joke it is so good and refreshing.. I like it. Will report back later when my husband trys it, he is more a meat and potatoes kind of guy so we will see😕
I made first batch with no serrano for my kids they didn't like it, I had to cook zucchini for them to have a full meal. My husband had adult version and he ate it all and said it was a lot better then the spaghetti squash which he hated ha ha

DAY 3 completed! since I decided to live a healthier vegan lifestyle, zucchini noodles became definitely one of my dinner staples! So I tried this meal Thursday night and loved it . Then woke up Friday morning and my lips were swollen and itching. Then the swelling progressed to my face and my arms . So I had stopped eating raw because I was not sure what was from . Narrowing it down to the MANGO ! I am allergic to mangos this sucks because I love the flavor of them . And did u know that in the skin of mango leaves and peel of the mango has the same oils as poison ivy would they are part of the poison ivy family. I did not know this . hopefully soon I can get back on this raw diet and not have any more reactions.
OMgoodness you poor thing! I had a friend who swelled like that after touching the leaves and stems of mango, she could eat the fruit but she cannot handle the stems and leaves, someone else has to do the washing and cut the stems/leaves off and skin them. Then she is able to eat all that she wants, no swelling etc. ;)
Literally the EXACT same thing happened to my sister after she ate some fresh mango. Her lips swelled up so much they actually starting cracking and peeling she said the pain was excruciating. Her entire face swelled up like crazy and she broke out in these little bumps all over her face and arms.
When my mom became pregnant with my sister she suddenly developed a reaction to mangoes too. She got a very bad rash. The next time she ate a mango she got another rash which was even worse. She went to the doctor and was told that this can sometimes happen during pregnancy. That was 13 years ago and she still has a reaction from it. She can eat the fruit itself but someone else has to wash and cut it for her.
Maybe you need to twist the recipe a bit maybe different spices Question did you use 100% raw ORGANIC/ I mean every single ingredient herbs mango avocado ALL . If not try it again 100% raw . Number 2 if your not a huge mango and avocado eater then maybe I understand . Me I do 100% ALL ORGANIC I twisted this recipe add onions sprouts and instead of pepper I use RED ORGANIC PEPPERS FLAKES To me it is divine . You could also add maybe a very tiny amount of raw organic pecans ground up . Or possible a few teaspoons of fresh organic orange juice as well twist the lime to orange. Best wishes much
All raw yes. Followed the recipe. I couldn't even finish the plate and I love food and usually aren't picky. But luckily there is other raw dishes that taste great. I'll try the pecans.. even have a tree right outside my house here. And they are getting ripe just now..
