    It’s made with the best ingredients: real espresso, organic chia seeds, and unsweetend almond milk! This healthy dessert tastes just like a delicious fancy Latte 😍
    Full of fiber and with a decent amount of protein, this nourishing breakfast will be a nice change to the usual eggs 😀
    Use whatever sweetener is right for you, I am sticking with my usual monkfruit and stevia blend that makes din meal realy low-carb, suitable for diabetics and keto dieters. Try this easy-to-make keto, low-carb and diabetes friendly coffee chia pudding!

    Ingredients
    1 shot espresso (1 oz, 30 ml)
    1/2 Tbsp unsweetend cocoa
    2 Tbsp sweetener, mine was monkfruit and stevia
    1 cup unsweetend almond milk 🥛
    1/ 4 cup organic chia seeds
    a pinch of salt 🧂
    Optional, for extra creaminess, 1 Tbsp heavy cream
