✅ Strains affect softer tissues like muscles and tendons.
✅ Typically, strains heal faster than sprains.

Heel pain where lateral aspect of achilles tendon meets the heel bones. Strain right?
I injured myself and wonder how long it takes to heal that. Connective tissue I think
