I sprained my ankle yesterday morning and I had to go urgent care and the nurse recommended to do nothing for a week try not to move it and put frozen peas on it or any type of frozen veg u have or even a bag of ice.
Yowzer. Poor woman,even though she didn't get pushed down anywhere, and she wasn't running about,she still go pushed over by her big shoes. Please,everyone in future be careful about how big shoes you wear. ANYTHING COULD happen to you.
