Aye man I have a question. Why does the right side of my stomach hurt while I'm running?

Hey!! It could be a muscle imbalance somewhere and in which case it would be worth trying to do a lot more single leg and arm exercises in the gym or at home to balance this out. Also it could be worth addressing the muscles that surround the trunk, as it could be that one side of isn't as strong as the other or as stable. Palloff press would be a great exercise to start with for this! 😁 Let me know if this helps?
