I love scrappy quilts. I would rather have 20 4" square blocks to start with than begiven 5-6 fat quarters or yards of fabric. I have more than a lifetime supply of fabric and could make quilts with all new yardage but instead I use my scraps. Thanks for the ideas.
I keep a quilt in my van, so when we’re driving somewhere with the grandkids they can cover up with it. But I wanted to make a second one to keep in the van, because many times we have 4 grandkids at a time in the van. This will be my second one.
