Hey Memo, got into plants because I got into reptiles. Would love to see a lizard tour! My zoo has remained small, but my plant collection keeps growing. Thanks for putting out so many informative and entertaining videos!
Yes, my Esqueleto had taken a nose dive because it had some kind of bug. A nymph crawled out of it and totally groosed me out. The thing was green with red eyes! I was totally freaking out. Lol I ended up making up a bug spray with Castels soaps, rubbing alcohol and peroxide that I spray all over the plant and the soil because it kills the eggs. That is one gorgeous begonia!!!!!🩷💚🩷🩷🩷
hi friend! I can finally contribute! my esqueleto is fairly large, and it gets new leaves about once a month, which is on par with my regular monstera deliciosa.
Hey Memo. Good video, as always, thank you. That aside, what have you been doing? You look so refreshed, cute, and glowing with that t-shirt (not trying to be funny)🪴🌿🌻
Oh but adansonii can't even compare to an esqueleto as a whole! And if you only get a cutting, esqueleto are quite cheap from private sellers, though it does take a while to get them started. Once it DOES get going, they are fast and size up quiclky, but they do need a pole, otherwise they tend to run. Mine had 3 leaves before being put on a pole, with its latest one also being the smallest at 15 cm. After rooting into the pole (some time in spring probably), it is now pushing out its 10th leaf (7th after repot), with the latest one measuring 40 cm. It is growing in a pon/leca mix, in regular room conditions in an eastern window. Should have put it on a taller pole, a few more leaves till the top. It is also very root bound and would appreciate more space 😅 Fingers crossed for your peltigerum, mine is not looking well at all, and I had exactly the same experience after receiving it - extremely brittle roots with the rest rotting; but no healthy looking ones at any point 😩
I love your T Shirt!! 🖤
You have amazing and beautiful plants😊
The start of autumn already :( me and my plants strenuously object!
Where's the T-shirt from!?

Update: my peltigerum died 😑 had stem rot and due to an extremely short stem, there was nothing to save. Now looking for a replacement 😏
