Great video as usual. I built the injectors that are in my truck and of course did a full reseal on them while I was at it with the Alliant seal kit, I found it easiest to lube the top oring and carefully push it past the c-clip rather than removing the c-clip. Your mileage may vary though
Yea when he called me with the problem first thing I said was “raise the hood and wait 30min-hour and see what happens. He did. Still no start and batteries were getting weak. He tried.

Perhaps he could've saved the tow letting it cool down. At least he took it to the right shop. :)

I need to look into an air testing setup.
Accurate diesel or pro source diesel
I have a crank no start and ficm shows 0volts across the board. Any videos or ideas where to look
Do you have voltage to anything? I what’s FICM input volts say?

So, if 1 is bad, do you do them all? Or not?
Usually just do dummy plug and stand pipe both on affected side. Hard to justify charging labor for a side that isn’t causing the problem.

When you say makes above 70% what is it making exactly, if you have a crank no start and it isn’t hitting 84% you very well could have a bad ipr
Need some looube 😂
