When I was a teenager more than 45yrs ago I decided to overtake a 3ltr Bentley in my mkII Cortina GT which I thought was the bees knees. The Bentley driver decided to have a little fun & make me sweat a little before he let me get past, He was laughing like crazy but I wasn't!

My late brother, Ken McQueen owned a 3 liter Bentley (1928 I think) which was sold and shipped back to England to family of its original owner. He also owned a later 3.5 liter 4 door saloon which went to Australia and a 1923 cloth bodied Rolls Royce, which was prepared here in South Africa for the Peking to London rally.

I have to purchase one of these Bentleys or maybe a Blower Bentley after the new year. I was thinking of just buying a Lamborghini but after watching this I am going o=to have to buy both. They each have their place ....Really great video and even better ending to a story tat was started long ago.
I loved this video; at least up to the point of the drivers all standing in the cars and pouring champagne all over the interiors of the priceless classic cars. I actually felt a punch to the stomach watching that. Maybe it cleaned up easily, but then maybe it didn't.
You're totally missing the point of what owning, and racing a Bentley is about if you're worried about getting champagne on the interior. The whole point of owning vintage Bentleys is to use them, race them, fix them and love them, that's what makes them so special.
+@@JG-ib7xk -- I understand the exuberance of being on a podium and spraying the stuff around although I never raced in a venue where that was common. But I can't imagine Hamilton, Vettel and Bottas standing in their cars while they sprayed their cars with sticky liquid; only my opinion and a pretty meaningless one at that.
